Private and cozy, newly renovated 1900's home with two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and 1.5 baths. Step out your front door to swim, sunbathe or kayak on a beautiful stretch of the Niantic river with private dock and mooring. After a full day, enjoy a quiet dinner at the patio table or glass of wine on the front porch while watching the stars come out over the water. Fully renovated kitchen, large screen TV, Board games, puzzles + Adult/Kids books. There is a desk set up in one of the bedrooms if you need to work remotely while away. A Queen size pull out couch with mattress topper is in the living room. A pack n play and highchair are available if you are traveling with small children. The house is located in a quiet family community, where a quick walk through the neighborhood takes you to a community swimming beach, tennis courts, a playground, and a 6 hole pitch and putt golf course. We also have 4 kayaks available for use on our beach. Three Belles Marina is a short walk away, where you can rent all kinds of watercraft if you have something else in mind. This is a year-round home, so warm and cozy when the weather turns cool and cool on those hot, summer days with newly installed air conditioning.
