The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, but we are in the mountains of West Virginia and service may be "spotty" at times. Please do not leave food or trash outside or attempt to feed the local wildlife. Deer, raccoons opossums and occasional bears frequent the area. As the property is in the country bordering woods there is always a possibility of some unwanted visitors ie mice that will venture inside. Plenty of private parking available. Convenient outside water pump/spigot and hose. We welcome one well-behaved housebroken dog (non-aggressive breed). We must be notified and approve the dog when you book your stay. We ask that the dog stay off beds and furniture (we provide a doggy-bed) and that guests properly dispose of pet waste (waste bags are provided). The dog must be under the supervision of owners and not left alone at the house uncrated. We are not able to accommodate cats. Ring Cam System monitors the front and back porches/entrances for safety and security as well as on the front of the garage for same. It is very close to Summersville Lake, New River Gorge National Park, and world-class rock climbing, whitewater rafting, hiking, and other outdoor sports.The RV has one bedroom, but there is also a pull out couch that makes a bed. There is TV and Wi-fi. You will love sitting on the patio or enjoying the firepit. We supply bedding for the main bed, towels, paper goods... etc. We also will stock it with coffee, filters, and sugar. If you need ice for your cooler, please let us know.
