「Overall nice, a little dated, but nice view. They didn’t hold my ADA requested room but  they upgraded me to a water view which was nice.」

「The hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.」

「It’s a good overnight hotel if you don’t wanna spend a lot of money and you’re not picky. I will say that the train will keep you up for a while and wake you up in the morning. The breakfast is absolutely terrible and the coffee undrinkable. The bedding and room were clean, so if you need a quick spot, it is a great location across from the water.」

「Hampton Inn is a nice chain. This one does not disappoint. Downtown Oakland is lame but who cares. This is a great hotel. You're near the BART as well as the major freeways. You can get to You can get to the city in 10 minutes. Great stay.」

「We encountered several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our experience. On the first day, we had a minor disagreement with the housekeeping staff after requesting a second towel for our two-guest room, which had only been provided with one face towel. The cleaning staff member on the 4th floor argued with one of the guests rather than accommodating the simple request. The following day, we placed all used towels outside the door for collection, but no fresh towels were returned. When we inquired with another housekeeper, she explained that towels were likely still being laundered and might be available around 1 PM. We went fishing for the day and returned in the evening expecting to shower and clean up, but still had no towels. I reported the issue to the front desk, and ultimately we chose to leave approximately 20 hours early simply so we could go home and bathe. Despite this, we were charged the full rate for a room that had no air conditioning, no phone to contact the front desk, and where only 1 out of 5 ice machines was operational.」

「家族旅行です。このホテルの利点は、ベッドがとても快適で、部屋が広く、湖に近く、景色が良く、立地も良く、車で約10分のところにアウトレットモールがありますが、クリスマス後は混雑し、買い物の待ち時間が長いことです。欠点は、部屋の照明が暗すぎること、最初は暖房が効かないこと、初日は凍えるほど寒かったのですが、2日目にホテルのエンジニアが修理に来てくれました。トイレはあまり使いやすくありません。その他は問題ありません。サービス：私たちが行った夜は、ルイスと白人の女性が良いサービスを提供してくれました。特にルイスはお客様に気を配ってくれ、その夜と翌朝のアフリカ系アメリカ人の女性が特に良いサービスを提供してくれました。別のウェイターのサービスは平均的で、時々あまりフレンドリーではなかったため、改善されることを願っています。ホテルはサンフランシスコから車で約30分で、ナビゲーションはかなり明確で、Gaodeは良いです！」

「We were at an event at the Oakland Marriott City Center and switched to Courtyard Oakland Downtown (where we only had to cross the street) after the experience at Jack London Inn (not recommended) which although only a 10 minute walk away changes a lot. Spacious room for four, friendly staff, laundry available, breakfast available. Metro very close that takes you to the airport, San Francisco, Berkley ... ... ... Thank you」
