This unit is a 12 x 28 foot tiny house that comfortably sleeps 5 with a Queen Size bed, a Full sized mattress in the loft and futon in the living area. It features bedding, towels and kitchen essentials, Roku TV, Wifi, a front porch and rear deck with bench seating. The bathroom features a full 36” vanity with a corner shower featuring a luxurious rain forest shower and tankless water heater. This cabin was built in 1886 and has so much charm. Also on the property is a stone building that was built in the 1930s. The stones are etched with the location the stones came from. One from every county in WV, along with some other unique locations. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds (3 twins and a full). We have a washer and dryer at your disposal. The house is 936 square feet. We welcome 6 people to stay at a time, but be aware that it can get a bit crowded with that number (the bathroom is pretty small). 4 people can fit quite comfortably :)Please note that the “No Pet” policy is for guests. When we are using the house, we do bring our dog, Medora. She will usually end up being there about 2-3 weeks total throughout the year.
