Light, bright, beachy and welcoming! A slice of old Florida just steps away from private beach access. Nestled behind the dunes is this hidden gem and slice of paradise. 2nd Fl unit with all the comforts of home, and recently updated with new paint, furniture, flooring, and ceiling fans. Spend your days at the #1 beach in the US or explore all there is to do in Siesta Key Village, Sarasota, St. Armand’s Circle, Lido key and Longboat Key.Beach chairs are provided for our guests at the beach - Umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler are in the unit. The community has a pool, shuffleboard and a Laundromat (located on ground floor). High speed internet, cable TV and smart TVs in all of the rooms. There is a charcoal grill located out front of the bldg, as well as common area table/umbrella space for hanging out. Full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave for those nights you want to stay in, Keurig, as well as drip coffee makers (byo Kcups), and sheets and bath towels will be provided to our guests. There are 2 bedrooms, the first with a king bed, and the second with a queen and single bed.There is parking in front of the unit, but you can get around the Key using the Free Trolley system that runs from from 9:00 a.m til 10:00 p.m every 15 minutes. There are other free methods of transportation too that you can contact for pick-up (tips appreciated). And of course, Uber is always an option. Our condo is located in the heart of Siesta Key Village which has numerous restaurants, bars, shops and a grocery store and is only 1 block from the beach! The best of both worlds as everything you need is within walking distance.Property Description - In the main room you have a queen size murphy bed with a built in couch that folds under the bed. With our small space we needed things that could function in multiple roles and will be out of the way when not in use. On either side of the murphy we have lined the wall with drawers, shelves and hanger space for your stay. Opposite the murphy bed is a modular couch and coffee table. A wall mounted 40" LED LCD TV with YouTubeTV HD service is mounted on an articulating arm and will allow you to watch while seated in the couch or while lying in bed. For temperature control we have a Daikin ductless AC/heat pump with a convenient hand-held remote control with precise temperature control. In the kitchen, there's a GE Speed cook oven which is so much more than just a microwave. You can convect, speedcook, microwave and warm/broil. The 2 drawer fridge and freezer tuck under the quartz countertop and next to that is the combo ventless washer/dryer. Plenty of dishes, cups, pots, pans and a 3 place burner for any sized meal. This unit does not have a dishwasher.In the bathroom we have a full tile shower with a hand-held shower head. A new vanity and cabinet plus a shelf over the shower offer plenty of storage.Outside we have a patio with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy a meal or company. Cook your meal in the small charcoal grill that is provided as well. There is an outside shower and hose to spray down after your swim in the ocean and a beach cart along with chairs and other beach essentials for you to use during your stay.Location - Our property is located directly within Siesta Village on the beach side which means you are close to the restaurants and bars yet away from all the traffic on Ocean Blvd. In addition, I feel that we have the best beach on Siesta as we are located South of Big Pass and all of the marine traffic passes directly in front of you while you relax on the beach. Tennis is played on our three Har-Tru courts right next to the Inter-coastal Waterway. If you like a brisk workout you will enjoy our exercise room with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.My unit is one of the best views in the building. It is located on the 4th floor overlooking the ocean.Harbor Towers is a secure building requiring entry at all doors with special fob's given out only to owners and guests.
