Discover Surfside Beach from this cozy property a few steps away from the beach (Beach 100 Yards, about a 2 minute walk). Relax by the beautiful shared pool in the backyard and grill steak or hamburgers with the a gas grill. (semi private yard and pool, shared by other unit) This unit sleeps two adults with a comfortable queen size bed. It is on one side of the first of two floors so no need to walk up and down flights of stairs. 550 sq. ft. of gorgeous living space. It has a quaint front porch and one designated parking spot. It has a shared coin washer and dryer. Surfside has its own police force and there are a couple security cameras on the outside as well. This property has everything necessary for a relaxing getaway. You have the comforts of a home away from home except with an ocean and exciting activities all around. The owner Scott lives in the upstairs apartment so the property is well maintained and safe. An Entire Ocean Is Just Down The Street! The property is close soon to be newly rebuilt Surfside Pier. In The Area There is Plenty of Golf Courses, Mini Golf, Fishing, Shopping, Dining. Beachfront Bliss (#303) has a gorgeous view of the ocean from its third-floor location. There is no elevator, but the climb is definitely worth it. This condo rental is a studio efficiency with a combination living room / bedroom. Perfect for couples or small families. You don't need to worry about losing the door key because there is a keyless entry lock on the door. An updated kitchen enables you to cook in meals or simply grab a quick breakfast or snack. There is WiFi and cable TV. At Beachfront Bliss almost everything is provided to minimize what you have to bring on your vacation. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, shampoo, body wash, linens and towels are all provided so all you have to do is arrive! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. There is basic cookware and utensils, blender, toaster, coffeemaker (regular and Keurig), and a hot pot for tea drinkers. Dishware, flatware and glassware is also provided. In the bathroom, there is a washer dryer combo along with a full-size tub/shower with a shampoo & soap dispenser and a hairdryer.When it is time to retire, there is a queen size bed with a view of the ocean. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from bed or if you want, you can close the curtains that surround the bed and sleep in. The night stands on either side of the bed have individual lights and USB outlets that you can use to charge your devices. Pillows, a mattress pad, sheets, pillow cases and a quilt are provided for the queen bed. There is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Both the bed and the sleeper sofa are located in the main living area. Linens for the sofa bed are also provided. There are closets along the main hallway for you to use for storage. If needed, there are extra blankets and pillows in the closet as well. Beach towels are provided and are located just inside the front door. The extra-large sliding glass door opens to a deck with Adirondack chairs and a side table. Perfect for just sitting with a beverage and a snack and listening to the ocean. The storage closet on the deck contains beach chairs, an umbrella and a variety of beach toys for you to enjoy.When you are ready to relax outside the salt water pool and ocean are just steps away. The private Windswept pool is shared with only the 12 Windswept condo visitors. There are chaise lounges and tables poolside. A small charcoal grill is available for guests to use. The Ocean is just over the dunes via a private walkway for great strolls along the oceanfront or swimming in the surf. An outside shower by the pool and along the walkover is available. There are a number of restaurants in the Surfside area, many within walking distance of the condo. We are located just six miles from Murrell’s Inlet, the Seafood Capital of South Carolina and 10 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Beach bars, seafood restaurants, surf shop, pizza, bakery, fishing pier and bike rental are all available in Surfside just moments away. The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, without the crowds of Myrtle Beach. Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by. Unit 4 is on the second floor and there is no elevator.We have added a ring door camera outside the unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in the price.Important Details:Guests must be 25 or older to book this condo.This is a Non Smoking Unit.Parking is assigned by number, one car per unit.
