The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv space, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to the town of Waitsfield!Our home offers a blend of modern mountain with amenities to boot. Radiant floor heat, on demand fire, fast/reliable/high speed wifi & Roku TV's. Conversely you can completely disconnect here, finding the beauty in the simple parts of Vermont hillside living. The fresh mountain air and sunsets (rises) will be sure to bring you back to a peaceful place. We're proud to offer a simple cozy place for you to call home in the green mountains.Please note: our home has a studio apartment above the garage that has a separate entrance which we also rent. There is one insulated wall that is shared with the home, very similar to condo living.
