I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

新年の休暇の後、私はとても満足しています。私が到着したとき、私は歓迎の飲み物、果物、特に手書きを持っていて、私に深い印象を残しました。 リゾートキャンパスは広く、2つのプールと多くの木があり、トラムが移動可能である。 私が泊まった部屋は海の景色を眺めることができ、リゾートは長い間建てられているようで、デザインはそれほど特別ではありませんが、設備が整っていて、清潔で、広いエリアがあり、とても快適です。部屋は1日2回掃除されます。夜は夜、小さなケーキ、小さな物語、そして人生の贈り物があります。朝日の出を見る景色は美しい。 欠点はデュプレックスデザインで、時折隣の部屋の音が聞こえます ビュッフェ式朝食は、おいしい魚麺と多種多様です。プロフェッショナルで礼儀正しく、いつも笑顔のスタッフ。 なぜここのスコアがこんなに高いのか分かります。満足しています。また来ます。

広告にあるように、サウナは無料ではありません。朝食には動物性タンパク質を使用した料理は提供されていません。たとえば、午後 4 時に提供されるコーヒーにはパンケーキが添えられます。それ以外の場合、スタッフは素晴らしく、プールエリアは最も快適です。

母との旅行でホーチミンから足を伸ばし一泊滞在しました。 12GoでHanh cafeという会社の1300円？ほどのバスを予約して行きました。3時間ほどの乗車ですが個室の寝台バスで快適に過ごすことができ、ホテルの前まで来たところで声をかけて降ろしていただけました。 来てみると他のお客さんはほとんどがベトナムの方のようで、至る所で撮影会が行われていました。 スタッフも英語を話す方は多くなく、少しコミュニケーションが難しく感じましたが、みなさん親切でした。フロントで電話がないから部屋から連絡するときはワッツアップで、と言われ、ワッツアップのアカウントを持っておらず、開設しようにも電話番号も取得できていなかったので手間取り、結局何かあればフロントに来てということになりました。メッセンジャーなど他の連絡方法も対応してもらえると便利かなと思います。 私たちはデラックスオーシャンビューの居室に滞在しましたが、このお部屋は本当に素敵でした。目の前にビーチが広がり、ドア側に下ろしたスクリーンでNetflixや YouTubeも見ることができたので、夜にはカーテンを閉め切ってベッドの前の湯船での入浴を楽しみました。 レストランの夕食はセットが2種類ありますが、どちらも大きなプレートに沢山の魚介料理が載っている豪華なものでした。初めにまとめて全て提供され、2人では到底食べきれず半分くらい残してしまいました。それでも2人で9000円と高くなく、何より夕日の沈むビーチの目の前で静かに夕食を取ることができたのは素晴らしい体験でした。 ただ、夕食中目線の先にネズミがウロチョロしていて、母はギャーギャー叫んで落ち着かなさそうでした笑　朝には居室にムカデのような虫が入ってきていたりと、潔癖な方はショックなこともあるかもしれませんが、自然を楽しむホテルでは当然のことだと思います。 この滞在で1番良かったのは朝のビーチでの時間です。部屋から出てすぐにビーチに降りることができるので、日が登っていくところをのんびり眺めながら貝殻拾いやスケッチを楽しみました。 総じてすごくいい体験ができた滞在でした。 スタッフの皆さまありがとうございました！ p.s.カクテルのグラス割ってしまってごめんなさい汗

Very nice view hotel, clean and comfy. Nice breakfast provided, very delicious. But will short of electricity, we experience it at night and the next day just for 15-20 minutes.

バスから早く降りて、早めにチェックインできるかと聞いて、25万ドンを追加して20万ドンで交渉しましたㅋㅋホテルで交渉可能ㅋㅋㅋ ハイフロアといえばもっと高かったビューは壁に遮られ4階にキャリアを持参する苦労した チェックアウト時に現金がないのでカードを計算すると言い、手数料があると言い、近くのatmに行って引き出して来てください。しかし、近くにないのは罠です。 カードを支払うつもりだ カードマシンはダメだって 結局バイクに連れて行ってくれたのに抜かれずシンバッドケバブの近くまで行った(バイクで7-8分程度)やっと抜いて計算しました。 場所の清潔さは良くありません、他の場所に行きましょう!プール王汚れㅠ

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

このホテルはとても良いです。海辺で海を近くで見ることができます。スタイルはとても休暇の感じです。景色は良いです。朝食はセルフサービスではありません。主食と飲み物を注文できます。景色の部屋に住んでいます。周辺はとても便利です。道に沿ってシーフードを食べる場所です。

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
