Our stay at Bellgrove Guesthouse was warm, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The guesthouse offered a peaceful residential setting while still being conveniently located near Sandton and key amenities. The breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous portions with options ranging from full English breakfasts to lighter continental choices. The parents especially appreciated the quality and effort put into the meals. The rooms were clean, practical, and suitable for a family stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, creating a relaxed environment that made us feel safe and at ease. Transport logistics in and out were manageable via Uber, although occasional driver issues with change were noted. Overall, Bellgrove provided a homely and dependable base for the Johannesburg portion of our trip.

The location is spectacular. The rooms are good value for money. I liked my stay a lot. The only thing is if you’re booked into a room further away, you must know that if it is raining you have to walk outside and to the entrance to fetch your food orders or get your uber — only downside.

I spent some nights at Lux Leisure in Sandton and couldn't have been happier. From the moment we walked into the lobby, the staff made us feel like royalty. The Room: Spotlessly clean, modern, and the view was incredible from the balcony. The Amenities: We spent most of our time at the apertement, which was well-maintained and never felt too crowded. The Service: A special shoutout to staff for going above and beyond to help us with Request. Bottom Line: If you're looking for luxury and comfort in Sandton, this is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too! The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business. The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades. The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money! Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)

I had an outstanding stay here during my recent business trip. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to navigate to meetings while still having great local amenities nearby. I was also very impressed with the facilities; the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a comfortable workspace that made it easy to stay productive. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff was professional, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure a seamless experience. こんにちは 素敵なホテルでしたが、若い女性グループが午前3時45分頃、とても大きな音を立てていたので驚きました。 同じグループが午前11時頃も騒いでいました。24時間体制の警備員がいるのに、誰も気づかなかったとは信じられません。 何が起きたのか確かめるために部屋のドアを開けるのは、本当に怖かったです。静かに夜を過ごすつもりだったのですが。
