Overall facilities were great. Playground was excellent for children, bouncy pillow was great it’s a flat designed bouncy pillow so a bit safer than the half dome ones. Pump track was good with spare scooters for the kids to try. Indoor swim pool was lots of fun. Indoor splash park isn’t heated which was a shame. Toilets and bathrooms were clean however, power wasn’t working (maybe a tripped wire) and hot water in the showers took at least 5 min to come through and there was no water pressure. Overall a wonderful weekend!

Everything was good bad was comfortable. TV was good. Room was spotless clean. would recommend to anyone also the stuff they had for the kids looked amazing makes me want to go back and take my little one

This was one of the best Big 4 parks we have been to. Fantastic amenities for kids and adults. Staff were wonderful and the text message service for when your site was ready, lost property etc, is a game changer. We can't wait to go back!

The bathroom were not up to standard. They were very dated and not kept clean. The shower heads in many showers were not working and there were simply not enough toilets and showers for the amount of sites/ guests. The sites were well kept and of a good size. There needs to be more camp kitchen and toilet/shower fa militias towards the back of the park

The ‘heated’ water play and pool were the main reason we booked this caravan park at this time of year and it was not heated. Our kids couldn’t enjoy themselves there because they were far too cold which was a huge disappointment. Thankfully we had good weather and were able to utilise the other play areas for the kids. The amenities were very average (the ones nearest to our site anyway!). 2/3 of the women’s toilets were blocked during our stay. The BBQs were terrible. It took our neighbours an hour to cook 8 sausages! We used 3 different ones during our stay and they were all ‘just warm’ taking so long to cook food. The staff were unfriendly and the noise curfew was definitely not monitored. The park itself was clean and camp sites good..! 5/10 overall. We’ve camped at many caravan parks throughout Australia and this was very pricey so expected way better 👍

Great Park good childrens facilities but rear toilet block is really due for a refurbishment. 3 showers doesn't really cut it. Probably best to build a new block opposite before knocking down the old one. I would stay again though.

The pump track, splash park, jumping pad and facilities including staff are great, It's a really nice kid friendly park. The park is also close to town where you can get everything you need to enjoy your stay short stroll to water. We especially enjoyed going for scooter ride along the esplanade.
