The staff was helpful, welcoming, and efficient. They were also very polite. I had a great time, and I loved the facility there. It's very convenient distance everywhere and the parking is nicely formatted as well.

I enjoyed the easy access to the freeway and the staff was great. The people at the restaurant were very helpful and the person at the front desk was constantly greeting me. Great service!!

We got the room for the pool and shuttle. The pool was closed and the shuttle didn’t run until 8 am. A lot of people need to get to the airport before 8:15.

The front desk was friendly enough, the room and overall hotel is clean. The room service was fast and delicious! The room has no bad odor and the temp is easy to control. I feel safe here and in case you’re a traveler, the location is very close to the SNA airport. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, very accommodating for persons with disabilities. They were able to change our room for my mom and offered 2 options. Room was clean and the beds were comfy 😌. Staff provided a list a nearby restaurants for outside ordering. I would recommend and I will be returning.

Place was clean and convenient location but I called for housekeeping and towels etc and they said ok but then no one showed up to clean the hotel room.

Pretty large and quiet room. Area is quite convenient, close to the John Wayne Airport and major shopping malls.

We have stay at this locale a few times many years ago and we were very impressed at the time, however the inn is now showing signs of aging and slightly diminished service which dimmed our stay this time. It is in a great central location, there is plentiful parking (plus a daily parking fee), and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient.
