ラマルティーヌ ホテル(Lamartine Hotel)

Terrible customer service specially the restaurant manager is so rude. The rooms are dirty and not well ventilated. The manager cannot solve issues and the staffs are so rude. I do not recommend this hotel at all while better hotels are around.

Hersey temizdi özellikle kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünler çok kaliteliydi beyaz peynir ve isli peynir muhteşemdi. Otelin girişinde güzel oturma alanları var , sonuç olarak tavsiye edilir , bir daha İstanbula uğrarsan yine burda kalacagim

I stayed in April 2024 with my friends. The hotel is very nice, the room’s were super clean and everything looked just like the photos. We asked the receptionist for help on how to get to certain places and they were very helpful. I would totally recommend.

I have been coming to the Lamartine Hotel for years and it is my must stay spot when in Istanbul! The hotel has undergone some new renovations, expanding the lobby, redecorating, and updating the rooms! Lamartine is an excellent example of a high quality stay with exceptional staff, service, and ambiance. It is conveniently located next to several restaurants, shops, and plazas. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing this hotel grow and expand over the last 10 years and they have proved each time why they are the best stay in Istanbul.

I had the best service I've ever seen, I felt like I'm in 5 star hotel, the receptionists and the bellman did their job pretty well. Breakfast was great, perfect location subway is around 50 meter away from the hotel, crystal clean rooms. EVERYTHING IS JUST PERFECT. I want to thank you for the free coffee aswell :)

Our stay at Lamartine was wonderful. The hotel's elegant and comfortable rooms made us feel at home. :) The breakfast offerings were fresh, delicious, and varied. The staff, who took care of the cleanliness of the rooms every day, were always helpful with their smiles. Thanks to the hotel's perfect location, exploring the city was also very easy. The only disadvantage was that the hotel did not have its own parking space. However, it wasn't an issue because there are plenty of nearby parking lots where you can park. We can't wait for our next visit!

Lamartine hotel is located city yright in the center of the city .surrooks rrounded by great restaurants. The rooms are well maintained. The staff are very courteous and go out of their way to solve your problem. . I remind the hotel strongly and guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
