Thanks to the lovely cleaning woman my room was perfectly clean and tidy every day. She always made my bed and folded my towels. I could feel she does her job with full care. She is also very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou so much!

Good place to stay with family. All the famous tourist attractions were near by to hotel. Very nice hotel staff and good breakfast.

Relocated here for 4 nights by ******* after being scammed and booking cancelled by nearby hotel Grand Kavi. Lovely big room. 2 double beds & 1 single. Clean & well decorated. Good Air-Con and modern bathroom. Breakfast limited but OK. Location is within a manufacturing area but quite safe. Lots of small hotels and reasonable restaurants. Close to all major sights and tram systems.

Overall our stay was good, the room is large and comfortable, good breakfast included and the area is walkable. The downside is the lack of maintenance of the property and it is really outdated (curtains -BTW it think they never washed them), wallpapers peeling off. Just with a little TLC would be a great place to stay.

Staff is very helpful, location is great, family friendly i got the big room with 4 beds. Terrace is in pretty bad conditions they can do better use of it. I spent 4 nights breakfast was the same everyday ( a toaster is needed) Access arriving/leaving to airport might be an issue if working days / time. Will stay again? Unlikely

I booked in this hotel 2weeks before my arrival for my family of 2parents and 3 kids, so I booked a triple room. When I reached Istanbul I was shocked that it was not reachable by the car and we have to walk about 350meter with our luggages to reach the hotel. When we reached we were sooo exosted and I was shocked again when the man in the reception said that our reservation was cancelled this morning because the credit card was not working and he sent to me email for cencellation this morning "we were in the flight since early morning and of course I will not check my email". He said he will help us by giving us 2separate rooms which was very inconvenient for us, the rooms are very small and congested and no place even to pray or to put our luggages.but it was generally clean. The wifi is interrupted. I moved next day to another hotel. I dont recommend it for families.
