I stayed here for 9 nights and the hotel staff does not have an inch of customer service. The last day of my stay the reception staff yelled at me and literally almost hit me. The issue was the bedsheet had a crayon colour drawing, it was a baby washable crayon and I told them clearly it can be washed.but they demanded 50$ - 500$ to pay as they believe it was ruined. They did not listen and kept on yelling and telling that they will inform airport police and I had to pay, as I was travelling with kids and pregnant wife. The location is not ideal and far from all attractions and shopping, breakfast they had the same food everyday for 9 days, and no good restaurants nearby. The staff always look frustrated and grumpy.
