Este hotel es antiguo y sucio, con personal poco amable y no dispone de opciones en el desayuno para los que no pueden tomar leche con lactosa y encima te engañan y te dan leche entera con sus consecuencias, además está al lado de una gran mezquita que empieza sus rezos muy muy temprano con los altavoces muy altos y no se puede evitar se oye y te despierta .

Las cajas fuertes de la habitacion no funcionan Te dicen que te ponen tetera y bandeja de fruta en la habitacion y no es verdad En tres dias no cambiaron las sabanas Nadie habla castellano y dice que la recepcion si habla castellano El spa es de pago El bufett es puntual para cerrar No importa que no termines

Horrible Hôtel: Rude Staff, Dirty, Mould in the bathroom. I don’t know how I’m Earth it’s rated as a 4 stars hotel, it’s not even worth a 2 Star. They don’t allow you to bring food from its ife which is the first time I’ve experienced this in my life. I’ve travelled all four continents to various countries and never had this happen to me where I wasn’t allowed to bring in food. Employees are dishonest and try to scam you for everything you want to order from them: whether it’s a transfer or a tour, etc… I will make sure I warn my friends and family about it so they don’t end up with the same horrible experience I’ve had.

Good location, staff helped us with looking for transport around istanbul. Tasty breakfast every morning with a variety of dishes

Is not a 4 * hotel , the rooms are extremely dirty , when you take a shower the water comes through the sealing, I have changed 3 rooms and all disgusting, the bathroom walls are moldi , the carpet in the room is sticky and stains all over including the walls, all the lights switch where sticks and the phone as well. I will attach photos. The breakfast is depressing as well. Is not worth the money is maximum 2* hotel.

Good bed,helpful staff in a good location within walking distance of tram and metro.Breakfast was average but then again I’m English. I would stay again.
