This place is clean and nice. Staff was friendly. Our room was lacking plates and amenities and we were told that the air condition was not set to cold because of the season but the rest of the hotel had AC!!
This room was not ready to be given to guests.
Overall a good stay with the exception of lacking amenities in the room

Very easy check in, they have a garage to park your car which was very handy, very clean and comfortable rooms, with amazing matresses, very nice staff and near to everything, we went as a family of 4 for 1 night stay, would recommend and would stay again.

Helpful and attentive staff, beautiful high-quality rooms, right in the middle of the center with lots of restaurants and shopping opportunities, totally walkable, with free parking on site. It is oriented towards health tourism, so keep that in mind, especially if you're traveling with kids, as you might end up having breakfast next to a table with people after nose, eyelids or hair transplantation operations. In general we LOVED the place, the location and the staff. One hundred percent recommend!
