The place is in acceptable conditions, rooms are old, simple, but clean. Very basic TV option. Pool is clean in a good shape, pool chairs and tables are old chaky and shaky, chairs cover are old and stained. A lot of **** smell. Personnel at front desk is very kind and helpful. Not recommended for families, a lot of better options nearby

The front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).

El personal muy amable, cualificado y servicial. La piscina era muy bonita y estaba abierta en un horario muy flexivo. Hay dos tipos de desayunos , americano y local.El hotel tiene jardines y corretean las ardillas. La habitación es amplia , el baño podría tener más presión de agua y un pocoas caliente

We are a party of 6 that stayed in 3 Junior Suites. Rooms are nice and service is good. Property urgently needs updating and repairs. According to the information displayed in *******, Breakfast was supposed to be free but, the hotel staff said that it was not included in the rate. So we had no complimentary breakfast.

Room was excellent and the property was beautiful. Perhaps the best resort I've stayed at in Costa Rica. My only complaint was that service was slow. Check in took forever. Service at the pool bar was painfully slow.

Really a nice hotel. The pool was exceptional. The counter staff that I interfaced with or knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly, certainly customer orientated individuals work at this place

The property is nice but need to be updated a little. The pool is amazing they have a game room cool restaurant is open 24 hours. Breakfast is the same everyday. The hotel is like a 10 min walk to Jaco Way and the beach

The condition of the towels and the cleanliness is terrible. Yellowish towels. Hair in the shower, really disgusting!

The staff is very welcoming and eficiente. The only thing I wish it could have more nature or green spaces inside. Everything else is very nice
