「The hotel is conveniently located about 10 to 15 mins walk across parklands from East Terrace in the city which is where most of the popular restaurants and cafes are. During our stay, the preparation for the V8 car races was ongoing and many of the roads were blocked off. But finding a detour was easy enough. The hotel has limited onsite parking but there are plenty of spaces in the quiet residential streets behind the hotel. The hotel’s reception also manages the Econo Lodge Hotel which is located across the street and has its own parking. We only stayed for 1 night and did not get to try the restaurant onsite. The rooms layouts were not exactly rectangular but they were big enough to accommodate a king and a single bed and a pull out bed from under the single bed. A good and unusual feature was a power point built into the bed side cabjnet which works well for those with a need to use CPAP machines or for charging devices. There was a study/work table in the room that is useful for business travellers.」

「ホテルに併設された駐車場はなく、自分で駐車場まで運転するか、運転手に運転してもらうために55ドル支払う必要があります。ルームサービスのメニューは、階下のレストランの高級料理ばかりで、シンプルなものはありませんでした。ルームサービスの朝食さえ利用できませんでした。階下のレストランについて言えば、ここは「ビュッフェ」朝食の場所でしたが、その言葉は大げさです。驚くほど種類が少なかったです。部屋の小さな隅で自分でコーヒーを淹れることさえありました。列が長くなるにつれて、一度に1杯ずつコーヒーを淹れることになります。スクランブルエッグはドロドロだったので、*は特別注文しなければなりませんでした。少なくともトースターは使えました。そして、スペースはせいぜい20人くらいしか入れません。B&Bならいいのですが、16階建てのホテルには無理です。9時以降に混雑して待つことを避けるために、8時に朝食をとらなければなりませんでした。部屋自体（スイートでした）には、至る所に照明スイッチがありました。そして、何が書いてあるのか見えないので、どれも非常に紛らわしかったです。バスルームのスイッチは、中に入ってドアを閉めないとアクセスできませんでした。シャワーに換気扇がありませんでした。バスマットは薄すぎて、一度シャワーを浴びただけでびしょ濡れになりました。フェイスタオルもありませんでした。バスルームのベンチは低すぎました。ハンドタオルも低すぎました。バスルームの広さは良かったし、シャワーの水圧も良かったです。テレビのリモコンは正常に動作せず、コーヒー、紅茶、冷蔵庫などのアメニティも見つけることができませんでした。ホテルガイドのフォルダーもありませんでした。「デスク」はテレビ台でしたが、ラウンジエリアにはデスクを置くのに十分なスペースがありました。バルコニーには椅子もテーブルもありませんでした（安全のために簡単に設置して固定できるはずです）。温度調節については言うまでもありません。ベッドは寝心地が悪く、枕も平らでした。結局、ラウンジチェアで寝ました。そちらの方が快適だったからです。 しばらくは泊まりに来ないと思います。ひどくはありませんでしたが、素晴らしいとも言えませんでした。ただ、スタッフは親切だったので、それは良かったです。」

「Average -little outdated, smelt a little old/mouldy when 1st went in. Fan in bathroom had lots of dust We booked a room for 3 people No microwave to heat anything, no toaster … no table to sit at Just a coffee table! Don’t think its worth the $$」

「I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning system worked perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the heated swimming pool — a really nice touch that added to the experience. What stood out the most, though, was the service. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her attitude made a big difference and left a very positive impression. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I’d be happy to come back again.」

「アドバンテージ： 1. ホテルの近くに大きなスーパーがあり、お部屋にキッチンもあるので簡単な調理には問題ありません！ 2. 部屋に洗濯機があり、追加料金を払えばホテルの地下駐車場に車を停めることができるので、自家用車の旅行者にはとても便利だと思います。 3. バスタブもあり、部屋も綺麗でかなり広くて悪くありません！ 欠点: 1. 飛行機の離着陸の音は部屋の中ではっきりと聞こえますが、幸いにも夕方12時以降は聞こえませんでした。 2. 予約した部屋タイプはロビー階または1階ですが、部屋図のバルコニーの写真は5階のもので、私はロビー階に住んでおり、バルコニーはプランター用の壁に向かって開いています。それは少し残念です。」

「ホテルは全体的に良いホテルで、立地も良く、設備も充実しており、フロントのサービスも良かったです。しかし、設備面ではいくつか問題がありました。乾燥機の調子が悪く、長時間いじくり回さなければなりませんでした。翌朝は、メンテナンスエンジニアがドアを叩く音で目が覚めました。これは良い経験ではありませんでした。」

「The hotel has a good location in Glenelg close to the strip of restaurants on Jetty Road, the waterfront and the Ferris Wheel. We had a room on the 1st floor but it had a good view of the trees and the road in front. Our experience in Glenelg was marred by the numerous flies in the area that kept bothering us as we walked around the parks and waterways in the area. We also had a slight misunderstanding whereby although the hotel had agreed to a late checkout at the time of checking in, this was not documented and the cleaning crew came knocking on our door and asking us to go to the Reception to sort out the issue.」
