Exceptional customer service, Impeccable Cleanliness and Maintenance, Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The hotel's cleanliness surpassed my expectations. Good food, nice ambiance, staffs are very helpful.

The hotel was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are friendly and accommodating The rooms are spotless, and the facilities are well-maintained The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable.

I recently went to Jaipur for some business trip and was staying at the ITC Rajputana Hotel and it was a wonderful pleasure staying there. The staffs were really good to ensure my stay was exceptional. The room where I stayed was clean, spacious and the view was also pretty amazing. The hotel's pool, SPA, restaurants everything exceed my culinary expectations. I would highly recommend ITC Rajputana Hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious gateway. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add more lounge chairs around the pool area.

The staffs were so well dressed up and the hospitality they offered was top notch. Anything and everything they'll take care of that. The rooms were as good as it can be. Luxurious stay and a joyful experience at ITC Rajputana Jaipur. Night view of this hotel is amazing.

Beautiful property. The WelcomArt gallery at ITC Rajputana is the catch. The art exhibition is the beauty of the gallery. Love the art work and the artist. Must visit gallery! Love the lobby and the interior design. I also love Peshwari and the food is awesome over here

The breakfast at ITC Rajputana was an absolute delight. From freshly baked pastries to made-to-order omelets, the variety was impressive. The buffet spread included an array of fruits, cheeses, and artisan bread. What set it apart was the attention to detail and the quality of ingredients. Plus, the ambiance of the dining area made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a breakfast worth waking up early for. Service from Mr Jitender Rathore was just icing on the cake. He was quite professional and very sincere about his job. Great job done guys...!!!
