I reserved my room several weeks in advance w/ notation that I will need a microwave and fridge, as usual, but there was no fridge. I went to tell the manager I need a fridge and he said all the rooms were taken and they were no more with a fridge in it. OK… Then I discovered a wet, used washcloth wadded up in the tub, indicating that the tub did not get cleaned after the previous tenant. None of the cups had wrappers on them, indicating they had been used, the coffee pot had not been rinsed & there was a soggy used pod in the basket. Honestly, I can’t even trust that the sheets were changed, even though the bed was made, given the fact nothing else got done after someone else had the room. When I told the morning desk person all of this, she would not listen, just kept interrupting me, & I was being very nice about it, told her I just thought she needed to know so that she could tell her cleaning staff that people notice when they don’t do the cleaning. Very disappointed, especially since last month when I rented a room at this same motel, everything was fine.
