Perfect location in a new hotel for a fraction of the cost. It was a super cozy winter stay

The room and bedding was very clean and in good condition. The room was also quiet. I would not really call this a hotel since the reception is just the manager (or owner?) sitting in the hallway at a desk with a laptop. It's more like a residence inn. He was very nice. We did not need any help on the tourism front so I have nothing to say about that. I would say this is good value for money.

Hotel was well located and clean. Mahmoud at the front desk was very helpful. Having said that, the xo structuring in the area started at 6:30am every morning, the elevator was broken when we arrived - and we had suitcases so it was not convenient. More worrysome was that a mistake for the price of our stay that was not dealt with in a timely manner. It took six days and me asking every day for the issue to be corrected. On my last day I said if it was not corrected on the spot I would not move from the lobby - and only then did they try to find a solution rather than keep postponing the resolution. Don’t think I would stay there again and do not recommend.

Excellent hidden gem in plain site on King David streey in Jerusalem. Excellent location to walk to Old City, go to Mamila mall, or hop on an excursion with popular pick-up location being right across from hotel. Parking would be challenging, but then again I would not recommend renting a car for a Jerusalem stay (better to rent when leaving the city, ride cabs or public transit in city or book day tours).

The hotel has a great location, just in front of a pick-up point for tours, walkable to the old city. The service is great, the employees look to help always and very fast. The room has all that’s needed, plus a minifridge, a microwave and a sink. The five water and cookies, plus milk and coffee. Great place.

Just a 5 minute walk to the entrance to the Old City. Comfortable and clean room. Great receptionist welcomed us.

What a gem! We had a great time and a positive experience when staying in the hotel. Located across the street from Mamilla shopping center and minutes away from the old city Jaffa gates, this place provided everything we were looking for in our Jerusalem stay.

Great hotel to stay in. Very clean & tidy. No problem with showers or the bed. The staff were amazing. Special thanx to HILA & BINA. They directed me to places to visit & the tram to catch. Managed to walk to lots of places to interest to visit. Highly recommended.
