"My pilgrimage group from Atlanta, GA, USA stayed here and I cannot think of a better place to have stayed. The ambiance and the rooms were great and the staff from the front desk (like Abeer) to the kitchen staff were all professional and welcoming. The Legionnaires of Christ (LC) priests run the place amazingly. There is Daily Mass and Adoration and beautiful Christian art everywhere to bring the soul closer to God and His Church. I would recommend hitting up all of the food options like the buffet, the Allegro cafe for patio drinks, and the rooftop restaurant and bar. Speaking of the rooftop, NDGH definitely has the most beautiful view of the Jerusalem skyline that no guest should ever miss! Finally, if you have time, do the Shroud of Turin tour and ask to see the Pentecost Room. I guarantee that you will never see either in the same way again."

"This hostel has got a lot going for it. The people are extremely kind and helpful. All the facilities are clean and up to date. The free breakfast was spectacular for such an economical rate. Finally the location of it is great. You won't find any accommodations as inexpensive as The School that are so close to both the Old City, where all the religious sites are, and the trendy Jaffa St. area with lots of shopping and restaurants."

"We are visiting hashimi hotel from South Africa for 5 days. The hotel is the best location in the old city very near to Al Aqsa walking distance is 500m. However, the room and bathroom is very tiny. WiFi isn't great at all it keeps disconnecting throughout our stay and the signal was bad most times. Kindly improve WiFi. The Service is great and breakfast is wonderful. The staff are all very kind and very helpful. They even invited us to eat delicious maqluba the one night it was so tasty and we really enjoyed the meal and generosity. They are all very kind. The view from the rooftop is the best view! We can't get enough of it. They have a tea/coffee station in the lobby area and water which is complimentary this was lovely. Overall Thank you for a good stay will surely recommend this lovely hotel to others "

The food was excellent with a good variety of choices. The staff were very kind and helpful . I will highly recommend the hotel to other people and most probably come again"
