Nice hotel and good location and over all good. But price for one night is very high and not price worthy for a couple, on top of a very high price they took extra charge for using the pool and beach, 52 USD a day. Soo I can not recommend this hotel

Great property. Clean and safe. Great beach and tiki bar. Loved the yoga class. Would have liked a hot tub for the colder days. Tight parking. Overall excellent resort!!!

Beach is really not swimmable due to seaweed. Rooms are large and bed was comfortable. Planned to stay longer til we realized the beach wasn't up to par...

Love the location and the ambiance. Wished that the watercraft would have been available. Staff are very attentive and the views from TJ at sunset are memorable.

It certainly provides tranquility and a calm and relaxing environment. Beautiful views of the water and sunsets. Peaceful. Some maintenance needed inside the unit. Dishwasher upper rack was broken and did not clean dishes well. There were some missing utensils for cooking. Downstairs bathroom had strong mildew odor and the floors were sandy when walking barefoot even though we did not veture to the sand. There was also evidence of termites on the upstairs railing above the stairs.

Tiki bar pricey with tip included, restaurant quite pricey also , Beach, dirty, and and full of seaweeds

We were charged an extra $354 at end of our stay, not disclosed until we left, still not sure what for?

Beautiful property!! So relaxing, pool areas were awesome, lots to do, and we were right on the ocean. Key lime pie in restaurant was great. Bar along the ocean. Staff were very friendly and place was super clean. Definitely returning!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning pool surrounded by palms. We had a Garden room, it was really large, clean and well decorated.

Beautifully design resort, with a Florida Key high-end vibe from the Lobby reception to the decoration of the rooms. Spacious 3brm with confortable beds and each room with its own balcony. Very relaxing time.

Was nice place just for quiet getaway. Didnt like the fact that one bar on property would make there own hours and overcharged for drinks. Would stay in keywest for a little more stuff to do next time.

Our stay at Tranquility Bay was amazing! We stayed in one of the beachfront two-bedroom houses and it was even better than expected! The house was perfect for our family of four, which includes my husband and I and our two daughters - a late-teen and a 9-year old. The full kitchen was great because we were able to buy groceries for most of the week and didn't have to eat out for every meal. We also appreciated the inclusion of a washer and dryer in the second bedroom so we were able to run some laundry before heading home! The private beach and property grounds were beautiful and well-kept, and all staff members we interacted with were incredibly friendly. The resort is immediately next to the Turtle Hospital, which made for a quick walk to such a neat spot. The large lagoon-style pool was great and we spent a lot of time there - we were even lucky enough to get to hang out with some of the iguanas who made the area their home! Overall, I would highly recommend this resort, especially to those traveling with kids. All four of us absolutely loved our time there and were sad when it was time to head back home to the Midwest. The resort's location is great with a 35-45 minute drive north to fun family spots like Robbie's and Islamorada Fishing Company, and just a little over an hour down to Key West. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in an ocean view 2 bedroom cottage and enjoyed the views, comfortable living space and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is very well set-up. Although the beach is quite nice, we didn't swim. The hotel does a good of clearing out the sea grass. The setting at the Tiki bar at the beach/ocean is very nice but the food wasn't good.

There is nothing wrong with this property except the price which is exorbitant for what you get. The 3 bedroom waterfront house has uncomfortable furniture and the outside deck needs replacing (splinters and exposed nail heads). When we checked in they had just finished cleaning and there was a giant cockroach in the bedroom and the safe was broken. It took 8 phone calls and 2 days to get it fixed. The drinks at the tiki hut were $20 each and barely drinkable. We waited an hour for the water sports guy to show up (during his business hours) and he never did. The place is more a condo rental than a resort. I paid an average of $1,500 a night and I expected more. We won’t be back.
