The original room given was terrible! First the key card didn’t open the room door - had to go down to the reception to get it fixed. Eventuality got the door open to find that the inner part of the door handle/lock was loose, the room smell, plaster was flaky and coming off at the bottom of walls, and there was a big big gap between the door frame that and the wall. Went down to the reception again to complain and the receptionist wasn’t very happy. She said all those things should not affect our sleep in the room. She very reluctantly changed the room after I insisted on it. The replacement room wasn’t much better. It was bigger as it was a family room, but there was still plaster coming off at the bottom of walls. There was no gap between the door frame and the wall, but the window wouldn’t close so the room was freezing cold. It was a very bad experience!
