"Bester Aufenthalt aller Zeiten! Das Hotel war rundherum perfekt. Das Personal an der Rezeption war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit Baby und Hund ist das Hotel einfach nur zu empfehlen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit den Hund mit zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen mitzunehmen. Unser Zimmer war tip top sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war köstlich und der Service einwandfrei. Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!"

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Hotel. Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung in einer sehr modernen Lobby bezogen wir unser Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück und die Speisen sind wirklich grandios, hier fehlte es an nichts. Auch hier kannte man bereits am nächsten Morgen unsere Kaffeewünsche und wurde mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Der Spa Bereich lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Pools sind wohl temperiert. Auf den Liegen im Innen/-und Außenbereich wird man am Platz mit Speisen und Getränken versorgt. Die Qualität der Speisen ist in allen Restaurants hervorragend. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Bemühungen durch das Hotel, die das schauen eines Champions Leauge Spiel für unseren Sohn ermöglicht haben. Hierfür wurde uns eine wunderschöne Suite zur Verfügung gestellt, die auch noch für uns mit Getränken und Snacks hergerichtet wurde. Von Herzen vielen Dank dafür. Ein großes Lob an das Management. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ich kann den Lesern dieser Bewertung nur empfehlen, das Hotel selbst kennenzulernen. Wir hatten hier einen unglaublich schönen, erlebnisreichen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Im Hotel stimmte alles, die Umgebung und Natur ist zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Erlebnis.

Das Essen ist eine Katastrophe. Selten so ein schlechtes Buffet erlebt. Am ersten Abend gab es Vorspeisenbuffet und Nachspeisen Buffet. Bei den Vorspeisen waren die Salate eingefallen und langweilig/geschmacklos zubereitet. Das Nachspeisenbuffet war wie ein Kindergeburtstag mit Muffins in allen Farben, viel Creme und Perlen drauf. Dazu Schoko LolliPops, Maoam und After Eight. Der Hauptgang war halbwegs Ok. Im Asia Restaurant war die Vorspeise ok. Bei der Pekingente hat man eher den Eindruck, man hat eine Barbarie Ente bestellt. Extra gebratener Haut hat sich bis nach Jochberg noch nicht rumgesprochen. Im Service viel Luft nach oben

We spent a weekend at Kempinski Das Tirol and it is amazing in every aspect. Great welcome by Sanela Mihaic and the room with mountain view is just amazing. The entire hotel, spa, pool, bar restaurant are wonderful and it‘s the perfect place to spend a relaxing weekend. Most important for us, very dog friendly, we got a dog bed and treats all around the place.

Rundum gutes und modernes Hotel, schöner Aussenpool, sehr professionelles hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gut gemanagt. Nicht billig aber seinen Preis wert. Zimmer modern und sauber. Skilift als Verbindungslift direkt am Haus. Gerne wieder!

Great Hotel. one of the best. great service. great location. the room was big, beautiful and very clean and comfort. great SPA. beautiful outdoor pool. the hotel members gave us great services all day long. the price is high but worse it. we will be back for sure.

I am utterly appalled by the lack of empathy and flexibility shown by Hotel Kempinski Das Tirol during a family emergency. When an urgent health issue with my son forced us to cut our stay short, the hotel's response was cold and mercenary, insisting on a cancellation fee despite the circumstances being clearly beyond our control. It's shocking to see a business prioritize rigid policy enforcement over basic human compassion. This experience has not only caused unnecessary financial strain during a difficult time but has also left me questioning the hotel's values and customer service ethos. I cannot in good conscience recommend Hotel Kempinski Das Tirol to anyone, given their disregard for guests' well-being and circumstances. It's a shame that what could have been a simple gesture of understanding has instead turned into a situation where I feel compelled to warn others of their callous approach. Businesses should remember that their policies affect real people, especially in times of crisis.

Great experience no matter what element to consider all outstanding. Hotel facilities, staff, environment, surroundings, helpfulness of people, staff attitude, location. Very good experience I had during my stay. Definitely I will come back

- Perfekter Service an der Rezeption, alle Mitarbeiter sehr kompetent und zuvorkommend. - Frühstück war sehr gut, entspricht aber nicht dem extrem hohen Standard anderer 5* Hotels, wie z.B. im Kempinski VierJahreszeiten München - Abendessen war ebenfalls sehr gut, aber nicht ausergewöhnlich - Service war im Restaurant Steinberg immer perfekt (Frühstück und Abendessen) - Lage direkt an der Skipiste ist perfekt

Super Ort und Hotel Bergen und Aufenthalt zu genießen

This was a nice hotel with good service but not as special as other Kempinski hotels we've visited. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and very clean. The glass wall into the bathroom was a surprise but they did have curtains if one needed privacy. The menus seemed similar in most of the restaurants (not all). We had a delicious (not inexpensive) club sandwich in the bar while trying Austrian gins with a view of the hill and nearby scenery. Breakfast was very good and very busy. We had trouble getting anyone's attention for things not covered by the buffet (like coffees and specialty eggs). We were lucky to find Pradrag who slowed enough while passing us for us to get his attention (unlike others working there who were too busy to be able to help – perhaps additional staff are needed as everyone was very busy and working hard). The spa was lovely and the massages were spectacular – just what we needed to unwind and slow down on our vacation. We recommend it highly. I told the hotel we were there to celebrate a very special occasion (my husband’s 65th birthday) when I booked the room and before we arrived. Prior to our arrival, we were offered a 300 euro upgrade to a better room because of this but we declined. Nothing was said upon our arrival and the occasion was not acknowledged until I mentioned it after getting an email from the hotel halfway through our stay, asking if everything was fine. Then we got towel swans and rose petals on the bed. We had been spoiled at a previous stay at a Kempinski hotel (St. Moritz) where they treated us like royalty for our 25th anniversary so I was disappointed with the attention to this celebration.

The panoramic views of the surrounding mountains are simply mesmerizing, making this an ideal destination for those seeking a serene mountain retreat. The staff at Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol were attentive and welcoming, displaying a genuine desire to make my stay enjoyable. The spa and wellness facilities are top-notch, offering a range of treatments and relaxation options, further enhancing the overall experience. However, when it comes to the accommodations and dining experience, there were a few aspects that left me somewhat underwhelmed. The room, while comfortable and well-appointed, lacked some of the extra touches and attention to detail that I would expect from a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the avocado toast I ordered for breakfast, which you can see in the attached photo, it’s not for a 5 hotel price… In summary, the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol in Jochberg, Kitzbuehel Alps is undoubtedly a beautiful property with an incredible location. It offers a serene and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for those looking to escape to the Alps. However, to meet the expectations of a true 5-star experience, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of room amenities and the dining options. Despite these minor shortcomings, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the stunning natural surroundings and the courteous service of the staff.
