this place was significantly upgraded from the last time i stayed here - but still the same hospitality. the 20$/night parking pass was a surprise, but given the location, a good deal with the security guard watching the lot. kona waterfront has attracted a lot of homeless, like many other places. but, there are good restaurants nearby and. the kta store ( groceries for locals) is right up the street.

是夏威夷原住民開的酒店，有很濃的夏威夷風格，有停車位收費20刀。

Easy checkin, check out process. Complimentary pool , bikes , beach towels shampoos etc. 2 minutes walk to Kona beachfront. Good Landry. But faculties in room like kettle mugs, cutlery were lacking . Needed to request for room to be serviced . Friendly and attentive staff.

Good location, walk to dt Kona. We were upgraded to a ocean view corner unit on 2nd floor, had a lani with a nice view of the pier and boats. The main downfall is no coffee provided. Restaurant next door, great views and food was good. $20.00 fee for onsite parking per night.

There is no pool. Hotel charges $20 for parking which there are only approximately 10 narrow stalls and they ran out of hot water at night. Also, at checkout clerk charged the room to the wrong credit card and gave the credit to another card. Sorry but would not stay here again!

We stayed at Kona Seaside Hotel on the last night of our trip. Most of our vacation was spent in Hilo, but we planned a nighttime manta rays snorkel and wanted to be near the airport fir the morning. We got one room with 2 double beds for 4 people. The hotel was very clean, the gardens were beautiful , and it was close to everything. We walked to dinner and breakfast. I loved the hammock seat on the patio. The staff were lovely. For the value, I would definitely stay there again. There was a good parking situation, too. If you just need a base for adventuring, this hotel is perfect.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Each has a lanai (balcony), with a hammock and chairs. Request a 2nd floor room for more privacy (Room #230 recommended). Staff is friendly and accommodated our request for early check-in. Very easy walk to the beach and village area along the seawall. Recommend. Dinner at Fishhopper and at Sushi Shiono. Very good (make reservations, open table). Lunch at the Big Kahuna Beach Grill (yummy, fish tacos). 5 minute walk to Kamakahonu Beach for a nice swim. Coffee at Menehune Coffee (they open at 5:30am), and serve breakfast sandwiches and wraps that were quite good.
