1st problem is that there a mismatch in the real location it farther then the showing location. And. When i visit there hotel bedsheet was so much dirty and i asked the boy to change that but he denied even after saying many time and whole night mosquitoes were biting there no mosquitoe repellent was available in the room

Worst hotel in my experience till date. First the location is very bad and nobody from the staff helped. After hunting for over an hour i reached the hotel to find all staff was sleeping in a distant room. I woke them up and asked for my room again i was made to climb upstairs and a key with a room number was thrown at me. The staff person went back to sleep again. Somehow i located the room in complete darkness and entered the bathroom which had no gate. The condition of the bathroom was filthy and bad odour welcomed me. I went towards the toilet seat to relieve myself and found it ws already filled with unflushed urine and flies howering over it. I came back to the reception to complain but nobody was traceable. I called loudly several times but nobody came. After that i left the place

They provide non ac room instead ac. I paid ac deluxe room charge. Then i contact the hotel manager he said my room is non ac

Main services not provide on time because i am belong to near kanpur so i know very well about here but if stranger person come and stay then well be create some problem otherwise over all good not best

My overall experience was good here. All staff were supportive, and there was 24 hours electricity and water. I got it at very cheap prices of one night.

I have made calls twice there is no response when i reached there gate closed no entry gate visible i suggest no one should book this galaxy hotel i spent night in railway station i am feeling cheated
