Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.

Great Value for Money with Excellent Facilities” Hotel Bhagyaraj Palace offers excellent value for money! The property is well-maintained, and the rooms are both spacious and cozy, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The swimming pool and gym are great for some leisure time, while the in-house restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes at very reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. We had a relaxing stay and would definitely return.

I stayed at Citi Club located in the heart of the Kanpur city, and while it boasts premium class facilities, I was somewhat disappointed with the room size. The location is undoubtedly a major plus. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The fitness center is also excellent features. However, the room size left much to be desired. It felt cramped, especially if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or as a couple. Despite the small space, the room was beautifully and well-maintained, but it's important to manage your expectations in terms of size. In summary, if you prioritize location and premium amenities over room size, this hotel could be a great choice. Just be prepared for cozy quarters during your stay.

確かにここで最高のホテルの 1 つです。 5歳くらいと言われています。インドでは騒々しいことが多く、正面玄関のある通り、ホテルでのお祝い事であっても、朝食時にはテレビとスピーカーが並行して流れていることがよくあります。朝食は通常、誰でも食べるものですが、肉はほとんどありません。夜のホテルのキッチンは素晴らしく、宿泊客は割引を受けられます。部屋のエアコンがオンになっていてうるさすぎる、またはオフになっていると、すぐに暑くなりすぎます。天井ファンは低速に設定できます。小さなフィットネスルームとプールがありますが、汚いようです。カーンプールでは常に短時間の停電があり、インターネットはどこでも非常に不安定です。

Very good and spacious room ***** with delicious food and great ambience. Like the hospitality of staff. Thanks to Ms. Shabnam for such a welcoming nature at breakfast buffet. I recommend to give it a try for wonderful experience at Regenta.

素敵な環境、スイミングプール、良いスタッフの態度、フレンドリーなレセプション、レストランでのおいしい朝食、豊富な種類、部屋の設備は少し古いです、他は良いです。

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am managing my company's events and managing the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay.
