The overall experience was amazing... Special mention to ketan, rishikesh, narender and Akshay.... They were very warm and always helpful with a smile. We only faced issue of electricity going on off for few seconds due to climate conditions

Excellent property great service at the restaurant by Ajay Ketan .n Bhushan ..a must visit..a superb getaway from Mumbai ..they have very sweet pool by the river side ..the vibe of the place is just soo amazing..the front office ***eger sagar was very helpful..

This place is a totally trap ! Don’t fall and book as per the pictures !! Completely misleading and pathetic place ! They are putting pictures and reviews are not genuine !! Bathrooms are pathetic The balcony is good for nothing in executive rooms ! Won’t recommend at all !

Our anniversary getaway there turned into a nigh**are straight out of a horror flick – complete with rats, absent staff, and a total lack of basic hu*** decency. Paramount Resort in Karjat, Maharashtra, is a nigh**are I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Our anniversary escape there was ruined by rats, snoozing staff, and rooms straight out of a horror flick. Let me paint you a picture: imagine paying for a room that smells like a dumpster and feels like a prison cell. That's exactly what we got. The rooms were downright pathetic – dirty, dingy, and falling apart at the seams. It was like they hadn't been cleaned since the Stone Age. Picture this: it's 4:00 AM, and I'm jolted awake by the disgusting sound of rats running amok in our room. The stench of their presence was suffocating. But when I went to seek help from the staff, guess what I found? Absolutely nothing. Zilch. Nada. The staff were nowhere to be found, leaving us to fend for ourselves in a rat-infested hellhole. We couldn't even access our luggage to escape the vermin-infested room. So, what did we do? We ended up sleeping on the sofas at the front desk, like refugees in our own anniversary celebration. And to add insult to injury, we were told that all the other rooms were full. How convenient. Paramount Resort isn't just a disappoin**ent – it's a disgrace. If you have any respect for your sanity and hygiene, steer clear of this cesspool of incompetence and neglect. Excellent service. The ambience and the staff was really friendly and cooperative. Just one suggestion is that the hours of the activities and the love events could be flexible. Also, the staff ketan and others were too good at ***aging all the number of people's at a time at breakfast

Service is good.. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Ketan helped us to guide places near by and also regarding the resort. Resort have good environment nearby the river. Has good rooms and activities. Food is okay. Room service and cleaning staff are helpful.

Excellent Food, Very Courteous Staff, Nice ambience. Lack of Maintenance services as AC were not working. An area which requires extrem attention. I thank Ketan, Anmol and their staff for their excellent services at the restaurant. Guys keep it up.

Ketan Phale have provided the good service and he is very helpful. But the Water side AC was not functioning properly which caused inconvenience. Also, the Tap in our bathroom was broken and even after informing helpdesk, nobody fixed it which was very irritating.

The service was the best compared to places i’ve been before. Ketan and Gaurav assisted us properly. The food was good too. The pool is maintained well too. One suggestion would be make use of the lawn by movie screening and other things, rest all perfect.
