老牌酒店，各樣設施都保留古老風格，浴室沖涼位置有點難以理解，來過就知道😂，其他環境衛生冇問題，地理位置優越。

位置好，服務好，早餐可以

The hotel's location is perfect. It is advisable to take either a taxi or number 1 bus from Karlovy Vary station as it's about a 30 minute walk to the hotel. The first impression when entering the lobby is that it has seen better days and is looking very tired. The carpets throughout the hotel are worn and stained and need to be replaced. I was very happy with my room number 401 which was very spacious with an excellent bathroom with hot water in the shower at a good pressure. The WiFi was good and there were plentiful TV channels. There was also a wrap-around balcony for personal use. It was also only one floor below the restaurant. The spa on the first floor was below par as were the lunch and dinner buffet offerings at CZK 350 each. I would recommend using an external spa but booking ahead before your visit as it's a busy town. I would also recommend eating lunch and dinner outside; breakfast is acceptable. I stayed four nights. You can achieve everything by staying three nights maximum.

We stayed at EA Atlantic Palace Hotel Karlovy Vary for 19 nights in April 2022. We booked a package with breakfast and lunch included as well as SPA trea**ent on hotel premises. The hotel SPA is located on the second hotel floor, just steps away from our room upstairs what is very convenient. The hotel is distinctive for perfect location few minutes on feet to all water springs in the heart of the city, just on the banks of Tepla river. We have been provided us with a deluxe spacy room with a balcony. The hotel itself and hotel spa facilities were recently renovated. Our room had an excellent designers furniture and built in spacy cabinets with lights inside, what makes the a**osphere cozy feeling you at home. We have also to mention dedicated hotel staff in reception, attentiveness of hotel SPA staff and especially Alisa, the manager. We must also to mention the tasty food in hotel restaurant and especially Oleg who is a restaurant chef. The hotel is definitely worth the money we paid. We are looking forward to coming back next year and wish the hotel prosperity and success. Alex and Nataliya

The hotel is great and really well located. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, also really spacious. Breakfast was served on the top floor, and there was a very nice view of the city. Would definitely recommend for a couple visiting Karlovy Vary.

Very nice room and excellent breakfast. Nice location, but we had to park 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel
