It’s simply a fantastic hotel! We love that is very meta. The concept is perfect for couples and I dare to say young couples. I always appreciate when technology allows to make our stay and service easier. Pnoe really thought of it all. The check in is made via your phone with the hotel app and from there on you can connect your cell phone to the smart room apps to controls the lights, the music, the blinds, order via the app, chat with the team. The app even offers a variety of music you can play in their Bose sound system of the villas. We came celebrating our anniversary and the team set up a beautiful cake, fruit platter and a bottle of Prosecco at our villa. The level of details was amazing! It has 2 restaurants and both are equally gorgeous and delicious! Make sure to go to the Uranos rooftop bar for a drink while watching the sunset. It’s truly a delight. At the pool the ambience is excellent the sun chairs are extremely comfy with big cushions that make it easy to stay in the pool all day long. We also appreciate that the plastic ware for drinks at the hotel are white and with the hotel logo, not only plastic transparent because as time goes by, they tend to look dirty and no one wants to drink a great wine in one of those plastic cups. So thank you for really taking care of all details! The hotel is super clean everywhere you look! Finally the staff always makes the difference. It’s our first time here and we felt like they’ve know us already. It makes the difference when they remember my drink, my last night order and of course with a great and happy vibe all the time. I booked a one week stay half board at Pnoe on the recommendation of a friend. This is a brand-new facility. The rooms are very well appointed and thought out, they are smart rooms and,upon arrival and app is downloaded onto your phone to enable you to adjust the lighting, blinds, Order room service book your tables at the restaurants and the spa. The king size beds are actually two mattresses zipped together (love or hate this idea) if you are not Tech savvy and want to use conventional light switches et cetera in your rooms you will need the torch on your smart phone to see the switches and there Function as, they are dark brown and difficult to read. The food is all very fresh local and cooked to order, the breakfast selection seems endless. All cocktails and smoothies are made well and with fresh ingredients 10 out of 10. The spa is beautiful. I had three spa treatments. The final one which was performed by the spa manager Lia and was exceptional. I have not come across treatments and products by Dr Barbara Sturm before and was initially sceptical but it was the best facial I have ever had and the results were instant. I would not hesitate to recommend, the spa but in particular Lia who was exceptionally kind to me and put me at ease and made me feel comfortable following a recent operation. The website is exactly what the resort looks like, there is little to do surrounding the actual complex. Heraklion is only a short taxi journey away, should you want more? All the Staff are welcoming and want to make your stay enjoyable. A general feel of calm and serenity emanates throughout. I will be returning

Our trip was truly incredible, a beautiful concoction of charm, flair, discreet luxury and exquisite attention to detail was complemented by a ubiquitous kindness and friendliness as well as efficiency from the lovely staff throughout. The setting is beautiful, in a gated area. You are greeted by the friendly reception staff and can always count on them whatever you need. The rooms are serene and have their own pool, it’s a very special experience, and you can connect your music to the speakers in the room! The room service and housekeeping are excellent! The restaurants are delicious whichever of the two you can count on fresh and organic food whilst the staff in the restaurant will accommodate you throughout, here we want to mention the work of Vasilis who went above and beyond throughout but also Konstantinos. In the pool bar we want to highlight the work of Ioanna and Artemis who also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The housekeeping team was always there for us as well, the duo of Ana and Marina and their insatiable work and kindness is to be commended as well. Lastly the spa team is great, we had various appointments and were truly relaxed and even improved our breathing, the team of Lia as spa manager and Anastasia and Elli as healers is magnificent, go and visit them! The access to the beach, the minimalistic design, great food as well as relaxed setting truly set the platform for the ideal trip. (For adults only)

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. All the staff, the food, the hotel rooms, and the facilities were fabulous. They say its the people who make the difference to any establishment. It's certainly the case at The Pnoe. Way to many people to mention by name as every single member of the Pnoe team was helpful, friendly, engaging, and fun. But a special mention to Ioanna, Maple, Artemis, Mourzena, and Stavroula who went above and beyond to ensure our holiday experience was one we would not forget. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for peace, tranquillity, and high levels of guest service. The only thing you need to be aware of. If you are looking for activities or entertainment outside of the hotel this time of year, there isn't any within walking distance. But that's was fine with us. See you all again very soon!

Amazing hotel. Each room in the hotel has a private pool and the hotel has a private beach. The food was great with a large selection. The staff is very helpful, always took care of us to the point of inventing a dish on the menu if we couldn't find ourselves. The place is beautiful and new. We had a great vacation.

Our stay at Pnoé breathing life was fantastic. The staff and service was excellent, the facilities were very clean and modern. We especially enjoyed breakfast and dinner options. The room felt very luxurious with our own private pool. We will definitely come back to this magnificant hotel, mainly because of the kind staff that made is feel welcome.

It really is wonderful. Great service, wonderful food, and sophisticated design. The staff are both enthusiastic and warm, and the service impeccable. We came to Heraklion - which is a charmless, industrial city - to see Knossos and to tour the Heraklion Archeological Museum. The hotel is located not far from the airport and outside of the city. It is a world until itself. Both Knossos and the Museum are close to hotel. We usually rent a car, but felt less comfortable doing so in Crete.. We were delighted with the hotel's car service, which we used each day. I don't want to forget. mention they have a delightful spa which my wife used.

This resort is amazing, we had such a beautiful welcome as soon as we came in. We were looked after really well. The hotel catered for all our needs. A big thankyou to Liza and Faye in the management team, who went above and beyond and ensured we were comfortable and were having a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend the spa treatments with Elisa, Marianna and Kiki. The treatment they provided were first class, they take their time to sit with you and ensure you are picking the right treatment for yourself. The ambience during the treatment is the best i have had. A big thankyou to Shirley and Eileen in catering who provided with great service and great food. The best resort i have been to by far and recommend to all.
