Great hotel in Abu Dhabi! Amazing view of The Galleria Mall from our room. Abu Dhabi Mall and Grand Emirates Market are within walking distance. Beach is also close by. Lots of restaurants around. Rooftop has a nice pool and gym. Perfect location for exploring the city.

非常乾淨，標準服務

Myself and my husband have lived in this hotel since December 2023. It was originally supposed to be for a few months but 7 months later, we are still here! We live in Abu Dhabi and like to live in apartment hotels since we have the freedom of moving around for a change of scenery if we wish to, but we have no plans on leaving here anytime soon. First of all, absolutely everyone, all staff, at this hotel are considered as family to us, we just love all their friendly and happy faces and we have never once in 7 months ever been greeting by anything other than warm smiles from all the lovely genuine people who work here. From Security, valet, reception, housekeeping, gym and pool staff, all are absolutely amazing people and just couldn’t have asked for more lovely people to see and be greeted by on a daily basis. All the facilities at the hotel are perfect for us, the pool is huge and partly covered which is perfect in such a warm and sunny climate. The view from the pool is spectacular and the facilities such as the steam and sauna and gym is all excellent and very well looked after. The rooms are so nice, we chose a studio because there are only 2 of us and is absolutely perfect for us with a great kitchen, full sized fridge freezer and a great washing machine. The bathroom is great with huge shower, the living area with couch coffee table and cosy armchair is very comfy to chill in the evening after work, the bed is huge and very very comfortable and the view we have of the city is fantastic! The location is brilliant, walking distance to Galleria mall, Abu Dhabi mall, huge supermarkets and so so many restaurants and shops, cinemas, pharmacies and gift shops etc Overall I would 100% recommend this hotel, especially for those staying long term and want to feel at home in a big city. Special mention to the absolute best housekeeping staff we have experienced, the room is left absolutely spotless everyday and all housekeeping staff are amazing, special mention to the very energetic, friendly and smiling Jasveer, he always makes our day when we see him, he just looks so happy and always makes sure we have everything we need, as well as all the housekeeping staff, you are all fabulous. Thanks so much to each and every one of the staff here for making our stay so great and for making it very hard for us to ever leave, you’re all superstars!!

1st impression was poor, the man in the reception Poula disrespected me and my husband. Ignored the request of non smoking room and he's behaviour was very arrogant and felt how he was looking down my husband and I wonder why? Complained later on at reception about the incident asked if I can talk with the manager, was told she is not at the property and requested that I want to talk with her on the next day. The manager never bothered to contact or apologise, neither did that man apologised to us. Couple of days later had to go reception and he turned his back to me and asked someone from the back room to serve me. How arrogant that is and is that what Rotana chain teach staff to do? Whole week felt extremy unwelcome to the hotel and I complained about something that wasn't acceptable to say or question. But I am not surprised customer service and the quality starts with the management who surely doesn't care about customer experience or is too arrogant to apologise. I travel a lot, I have years coached and assessed many well known hotel brands service and I have to say this is one of the bottom list experiences ever. That you upgrade customer to different room doesn't cha ge the fact the service was disrespectful and that level manager should have been interested. The hotel is next to busy road, the room had no Seaview even if paid extra of that. Location is more "rough end of AD city centre. Evenings men lounging on the streets, the streets are filthy dirty and not that appealing what the hotel description promises. Also the marketing pictures aren't giving truthful image of the hotel and the location. Surely next time will choose another hotel inAbu Dhabi and will also avoid Rotana hotels. Luxury this is not, quite average. Also on the page would be good to inform that , even if in the room is fully fitted kitchen there is no cookery or other utensils that you would expect to be in an apartment. Over priced when I compare to what I am used to in UAE.

First of all, I would like to thank Rebecca from the Room Reservations department. She did a great job by ensuring my reservation, especially since I encountered an issue with the platform I booked through, which got canceled due to a technical error. Secondly, a big shout-out to Dinu at reception. He upgraded me to the best available room within his capacity, and I am very grateful to him for that. I look forward to visiting again.

Everything is amazing! The cleanliness is Top and the staff are super nice! Great service from everyone. We kept coming back again many times in a month and they make us feel like home here ❤️ Thank you from the heart for all employees for your efforts!

I have visited several times in hala restaurant form cobon voucher. Me and my family felt uncomfortable from Lady behaviour 3 days ago. Shouting to her employees with massive loud voice. if she have same problem it should be solved within them being valgar words in her mouth front of us. Iam coming here to spend quality time with my family. Totally un professional behaviour. My children's are become sad. They don't wonted to stay their a single movement. I thought this dram will stop. but till we left from their it was keep on going. Lady is on fire she was totally horrible. she mess my quality time with my family. Even whole restaurant is waching her. Every one face was disappointed with her aggression. I have informed to reception about this situation. And I have gave a review on their web site. my opinion what I shared it was deleted. Only in their web site I can see only good reviews. The reason behind is this. They are deleted all people consen. If this hala will have some caring nature about their guest they would attlist show some concent. After seeing this taktiks from hala. I will never be back step on to hala. Very shame they have this unhumanitarian staff they don't now how to behave front of guest.

I stayed at Hala Arjaan for 4 days and had a good experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to attractions and public transport. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.
