メドゥーサ ホテル(Medusa Hotel)

我們訂的是高級海景房，兩面的陽台都能看到海景，在陽台上閑坐看景，很是享受。早餐很豐盛，可以在室內吃，也可以在露台上邊吃邊欣賞海景。服務人員熱情，在一樓辦理入住後可坐電梯到樓上房間。

Pluses-clean. Hotel was very clean. Public areas were very tidy. Our room was exceptionally clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Minuses-beach towels weren’t washed properly, smelled musty and dirty. It would be so easy for them to wash them in evening and hang them to dry all night. I think the hotel is for sale(big sign hanging in front). so things are run down. Beds old. Furnishings old. The staff seemed poorly managed…. without direction. Breakfast served 8-10. This morning at 810 there was no bread, one small coffee maker and people were waiting a very long time for coffee. Why they don’t have a larger capacity machine, i do not understand. Things just felt disorganized. With so many places to choose from in Turkey, this hotel is just “ok”.

I have stayed at the hotel for 10 years! Amazing views! The hotel is up for sale we we not told!sun bed towels not washed out over balcony to dry! Bathrooms dirty! Had meal beach restaurant cheese salad! Lettuce and struggled to find cheese and very expensive! Breakfast struggled for coffee place strong dirty but range of Turkish breakfast! Staff friendly but no one training what to do ! Saw them fill water dispenser from tap

Good location No lift inside hotel. Fridge in room but 2 beers opened and refilled with water. Complained but nothing done. Not refilled/checked. Phones in rooms don’t work. Enjoyed beach club, & Ibrahim was good, very polite and friendly

All the staff was very friendly and helpfull specially Ömer. Nice view, nice beach and very good service.

What a wonderful stay we had at Medusa! My mother and I stayed in the Family suite with a nice balcony overlooking the sea - we enjoyed it daily. The hotel is within short walking distance to town's best restaurants, bars and shops. The attentive and kind staff at Medusa worth 50 stars, everyone was so helpful and kind, they organized our transportation from airport with the sweetest driver who took care of us. The beach club has its private access, great menu and of course the nicest staff :) Thank you Hotel Medusa - we will be back!

Lovely location. Unfortunately the hotel was noisy, slamming doors and having a central stairwell makes sleeping difficult. Breakfast was satisfactory but lacked juice, yoghurt etc. Bedding was too small for the beds! Sheets kept puckering up as just rested in the mattress and the quilts were far too small. Views were outstanding.

The receptionist was extremely rude and not at all helpful for any question we have asked. However, the other hotel staff was cooperative and worked hard to meet our need.

This hotel is in the middle of everything but far from the noisy crowds. Great şocation with amazing sea view rooms, delicious open buffet breakfast with too many choises, great bar on beach with most comfortable sunbeds and parge parasols. Do not miss.
