Incredibly beautiful setting with the most stunning views of the sea. It is a nice retreat on the peninsula, situated at a slight distance from the busier sections of town. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area and it was very spacious. The owner Merih was incredibly nice, as were her staff. We highly recommend that you eat at their restaurant. We had some of our best meals of our entire Türkiye trip at Lycia’s restaurant! They even deliver food to your room. Very relaxing getaway!

It's a simple wow. The star of the property is mehri..she is always available on whatsapp and she does take care of your travel worries pretty smoothly. She was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite room which was beautiful and had breathtaking views of the sea. The hotel is located at a comfortable distance from the kas town and is seviced by local busses and taxis that cost 150 lira per way. Any issue at the property or at kas in general, you can whatsapp mehri and she will solve it for you. The highlight of the hotel is the breakfast just the way it is presented and the options that you get. It's a sit down breakfast which has a beautiful presentation. I would recommend this property to all who look for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Not too close to the town and not too far. It was a memorable stay. Thank you mehri

Beautiful views by seaside and Kastellorizo Island and a uniquely quiet a**osphere, this hotel was worth the try. I would like to add that the gastronomy at Lycia is especially special- attention to details in all dishes, taste and quality and freshness of ingredients are all very high and homemade.

Such a gorgeous, warm, relaxed place to stay. Beautiful bougainvillea, jasmine and other flowers all around. The Owner Mersih and her staff are warm, welcoming, and always helpful!

My husband and I stayed three nights in Selchuk, Turkey at the Akanthus Hotel. It was perfect. The room was beautiful with attention to detail in every area. The bed was completely comfortable, the pillows were the perfect blend of structure with fluffiness, the bedside chair was inviting and a perfect spot to read or journal, the closets had plenty of room to store clothes, the bathroom was tiled and beautiful. Breakfast was incredible. The staff and the owner helped us find a guide for the ruins who was perfect for us, the dinner recommendations were spot on. We couldn’t have been happier there and it was hard to leave. I recommend this gorgeous place whole heartedly.

This is the best place for relax. Wonderful service! Breakfast with nice view on sea with mountain and Kas city… If you want you can go to Kas or to other locations for dinner, bur restaurant in hotel surprised us with delicious dinner. Don’t wait - visit!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They communicated with me in advance about my trip. They made us feel home. The structure was very unique. The water view was stunning. Great relaxing place.

Выбрали данный отель, чтобы провести здесь несколько дней своего свадебного путешествия! Это невероятной красоты уголок на краю полуострова с турецкими завтраками никого не оставит равнодушным! Этот отель полностью утопает в зелени и красивых цветах, очень ухоженный! Невероятный вид! Во время своего пребывания постоянно было ощущение, что мы там одни! Рекомендую для пар этот отель. Собственный пляж - это отельный вид искусства, никого нет, бескрайнее море, очень романтичное место. Спускаясь в море, нужно быть осторожным, с детьми не очень удобен такой спуск в море. Спасибо персоналу за создание ощущения дома! Немного уже устаревшие номера с ваннымм комнатами, однако, чистовые (про это не думаешь в таком месте)!

Hotellet var fräscht, och med fin utsikt. Nackdelen för en barnfamilj var dock att ta sig till deras "strand" som var på klippor. Poolen var dessutom alldeles för varm för att man skulle kunna "svalka" av sig i värmen. Rummen var stora och personalen var supertrevlig!
