Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist super, von dem Zimmer habe ich mir für 4 Sterne superior mehr erhofft, bzw. bin es anders gewohnt: keine Minibar, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher, keine Hausschuhe, keine Körpercreme, kein Handtuchhalter am Waschbecken…eigentlich etwas schade. Dementsprechend finde ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht so gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück Sonntags nur bis 10 anzubieten ist schade. Wir haben aus Blödheit leider verschlafen, mussten allerdings trotzdem voll bezahlen…

Die Unterkunft befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, daher ist mit einer gewissen Geräuschkulisse zu rechnen. Wenn etwas fehlt, z.B. Geschirrtücher, Handtücher oder auch Toilettenpapier, kann man diese selbstständig im Waschraum abholen. Alle Türen werden über die Hotel App bedient, weshalb eine Freischaltung manchmal etwas dauern kann. Zimmerausstattung und Sauberkeit waren in Ordnung und die Möglichkeiten der kleinen Einbauküche (Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Kochfeld, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine) ausreichend.

I booked a double room with breakfast. I sent an email to ask for different things, like charging for the car, adding my dogs on the bill etc. It took three emails before they remembered to answer all my questions… When I told them we would arrive at check in at 11pm, they said that it was impossible. I tried to explain that we drove all the way from Sweden, and that it was impossible to arrive before 22. I asked if there was any possibility to accommodate us in this, and they just said: no check in after 22. I replied that this was bad service for a 4 star hotel. They never responded and never apologised for the inconvenience. Bad service and bad manners! Incredible that a 4 star hotel can behave like that.

We were extremely surprised by how the hotel and room were comfortable . The receptionist welcomed us at 1:00 am with a big smile . The rooms were spacious , two queen beds and a cot, all what we needed as a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was immaculately clean . The bathroom again very clean . The best part was the breakfast . A wide variety of cheese , cereal and amazing pancakes. Everything in breakfast was well presented and again very clean . The waitress during the breakfast was just lovely and very reassuring since we were overwhelmed by our kids making a big mess . I give this hotel a 5 as it has all what we needed and more than we expected. As my oldest son said “ This hotel is amazing” . Parking is for a fee if 8 euros which is acceptable . Maybe during off seasons it could be for free unless it’s owned by a private company then it’s understandable. We will come again 100%

The hotel was awesome. They had a dog bed set up in the room with a water and food dish, plus a doggie bag with food and treats from Terra Canis. Our dog loved it and she is a very picky eater. We thought this was very nice for the hotel to do. Made us feel at home. The view was awesome, We were on the 11th floor and you could look out over the city. At night with the lights was also pretty cool. The food was awesome, We ate dinner in the hotel and food was So Good, I would recommend it if you stay here. Breakfast had bacon and eggs and meats, cheeses, rolls and so much more. The service was also great. We also thought the location was great because they had a nice park right next to the hotel to walk with the dog. We also got lucky with free street parking right in front of the hotel.

Everything was good, but unfortunately the receptionist at the chick in wasn’t friendly! She didn’t tell me that I have „Fahrschein“ and 2 „Gutscheine“! I have to ask myself about it the next day as I got to know about it from a college in my course. I would say the chick in from this receptionist was unfriendly, unprofessional

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Wilhelmshöhe station (the main arrival point for long-distance trains). Note that the hotel is much nearer to the secondary exit from the station platforms accessed by using the lift than by going up the ramp to exit via the main station building. We thought the hotel and breakfast satisfactory, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. As busy times we had to wait some time for the lift (elevator), but this was probably because one of the two lifts was being replaced.

とてもフレンドリーなレセプション、すぐに気分が良くなります。部屋はとてもきれいで、切ることができませんでした。朝食は大きくて美味しいです。ここのスタッフも非常に注意を払って、すぐにいっぱいで、ゲストのヒントはなく、すべていっぱいです。私たちは戻ってきました。ありがとう!

Nice hotel beautifully located on a hill close to the Wilhelmshöhe Palace. The hotel has several wings where are the hotel rooms. From the hotel there’s a wonderful view over Kassel. The restaurant offers a good selection of foods, and has a extensive lunch buffet. In front of the hotel is a spacious terrace area where they serve foods and drinks. The hotel has its own Biergarten. The spa area is very nice and has a small pool, sauna and steam bath.

ホテルについて否定的なことは何もありません。すべてがとてもうまく機能していました。ホテルは比較的新しく、手入れが行き届いています。レセプションでのサービスは良好で、すべての施設は適切に機能しています。その部分にはまったく問題がなく、価格を考えると、それは絶対的な取引です。また、ホテルのレストランを訪れましたが、それは一方の災害でした。いくつかの企業イベントのために、私たちが訪れた日にはかなり予約されていました。これにより、ウェイトレスは少しストレスを受けましたが、それでも非常にひどく処理されました。メニューを手に入れるのに30分待ちました。その後、コースのいくつかは異なるものから提供できないことが通知されましたが、通常提供される自家製パンには提供されていないハンバーガーを1つ注文するオプションがありました。スーパーの安いパンでCovid-19を考えると、メニューは片方のテーブルから別のテーブルに届けられたばかりであることも観察しました。掃除もせずに、ゲストがメニューのすべての側面のスワップの間で指をなめていたことを観察した後。嫌で、現在のcovid状況では絶対に受け入れられません。合計。ホテルの5つ星。レストランの1つ星。喜んでホテルを訪ねるつもりでしたが、レストランの訪問は受け入れられませんでした。
