BurgStadt ホテル(BurgStadt-Hotel)

The campsite is adjacent to the hotel. On arrival you park outside the camping barrier and report to hotel reception where you book in and are allocated a pitch. The pitches are all hard standing with no segregation, however when we were there in September it was not very busy, we did have people on the pitch beside for the last two days which was weird as there was plenty of space for this not to have happened. Check to ensure no local pop festivals/events as we had a very disturbed first night with music and crowd noise until 2:00 in the morning, we did contact hotel reception, but they said they knew nothing of it but would check, luckily was just the one night. Toilet and washing facilities were excellent being modern and spotlessly clean with free hot showers included. Wifi was also included for free around the campsite. All pitches have individual electric, water and drains points. Mobile reception was good. The Aphrodite restaurant was fantastic Greek food, we visited 3 times during our stay choosing different meals each time and all 6 meals were superb and good value. Server spoke great English and was very friendly. Aldi supermarket within a 10 minute walk, Kastellaun within a 20 minute walk has some nice cafes and a good place to stroll through the old town. A great place to stay to explore areas of the Rhine & Moselle valley's.

We booked 3 rooms with air-conditioning during heatwave for multiple days. Upon arrival there was no airco. They offered us to book elsewhere at 9pm. No properties within driving distance w airco. Shower did not drain. Would not recommend. ******* needs to be more accurate with hotel details so others don't have a similar experience.

Suuuuper nice staff at the restaurant and excellent service there.

Beautiful area and very nice staff. My biggest problem was the rooms were only heated a few hours per day. The outside temperatures were in the 40's (7c) and the room was miserably cold more often than not. They saved a little in heating cost but lost a return customer.

Se vi serve per utilizzare l'aeroporto di Hahn è necessario avere una macchina perché dista più di 20 km. A differenza però degli altri alberghi vicino all'aeroporto è in in paesino carino dove ci sono tutti i servizi principali. Camere comode e colazione di livello,anche se il la parte dolce andrebbe aumentata leggermente. Personale professionale e cortese.

Von Empfang, über das Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Sauna, ist alles super in diesem Haus. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück bis 10 Uhr (sonntags bis 11 Uhr) ist sehr umfangreich und es ist auch zu späterer Zeit noch alles da. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Hotel bietet einen schönen Wellness-und Fitness-Bereich ( im Preis enthalten) und hat sogar einen Flugsimulator (gegen Aufpreis). Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Dieses Hotel kann man uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Tolles Zimmer, sauber und auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück!

Modernes Hotel mit speziellen Angeboten für Technikbegeisterte. Sehr sauber, sehr professionell geführt. Frühstück reichlich und lecker. Besonders schön ist der Biergarten, der ein wirklich sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant ist. Freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr zu empfehlen.

Für einen Kurzurlaub hatten wir dieses schöne Hotel am Stadtrand gewählt. Durch ein kostenloses Upgrade erhielten wir ein Maisonette Doppelzimmer, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat ( die etwas steile Treppe ist aber sicher nicht für jeden machbar). Sauber, ordentlich, genug Stau/ Schrankplatz. Man konnte direkt vom Hotel Wandertouren starten, der Weg ins Zentrum beträgt 10-15min. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das angegliederte griechische Restaurant war von der Qualität durchschnittlich, Personal aber fix und freundlich. Insgesamt aber eine Alternative, wenn man nach Wandern/ Sauna nicht mehr in die Stadt wollte. Die Sauna konnten wir nach Voranmeldung benutzen, auch völlig in Ordnung- der Ruhebereich war etwas kühl. Hotelpersonal durchweg sehr freundlich, auch bei vorangegangenen Telefonaten! Parken kostenlos möglich. Fazit - wir könnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal dorthin zu fahren.
