Upon arrival the Receptionist was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I was placed in a room on Ground Level, facing their little Garden Area. The Room was very big, clean and allowed to be able to open the window, roll down the shutters for more privacy and allowed for outdoor seating. The bed was a Kingsize Bed and they also had a sofa Chair in there which could be rolled out for additional sleeping. They do offer breakfast at the location from 7am until 9am, which consists of fresh breads, rolls, assorted cheese, german meats, eggs, jelly, etc. Very nice and delicious and costs 16 Euros per person per day. The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Bed. It was hard as a rock, not kidding. I used the provided blanket to sleep on, but could not. It was still very hard. So, the first night I sat up in the bed against the pillow and was only able to doze off for a little at a time, but could not fully sleep and was cold as there was not additional blanket for me to use to cover myself. The next day I requested another blanket and was provided one, but even so I now had 2 blankets to sleep on, the bed was still way to hard and again, I was cold for most of the night because I had nothing to cover myself with. Based on that experience I cannot recommend the Hotel, unless you like to sleep on Cement.

Could come back just because of reception staff! Checked in late with sad and tired kids. Longest queue ever. I tried to approach a lady with black short hair and glasses if we could check in and be prioritised as we have tired kids. She was so friendly, attentive and effective. She checked us in straight away. Told us all info we needed and she sorted out the mishap with the baby cot straight away. This lady deserves a raise and promotion, she is what keeps customers returning. Thank you!

因為不是我本人居住，根據居住人描述，他用於商務出差時臨時居住，整體居住環境比較滿意，餐食也比較滿意。

Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist modern und sehr sauber. Auf Grund der Lage haben wir eine Nacht vor unserem Urlaub dort verbracht. Die Fenster sind perfekt isoliert, sodass man vom Flughafen nicht viel mitbekommt. Darüber hinaus eine super Ausstattung mit Rituals Produkten in toll ausgestatteten Bädern. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Der Shuttleservice war prima und sehr unkompliziert.

ホテルには空港シャトルバスがございます。空港で荷物を受け取る場合は、ホール B のゲート 6 に標識がございます。多くのホテルでは、ホテルの名前が記載されたシャトルバスをご利用いただけます。部屋は清潔で、ベッドはとても快適でした。飛行機の離陸時の騒音はありましたが、幸いなことにそれほど気になりませんでした。ただ、値段が少し高いですね。

部屋は少し狭いですが、清潔で比較的静かです。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。ホテルは空港駅の上に位置し、第 1 ターミナルまでは徒歩 5 分です。ターミナルの 1 階にはタイ料理店、ベーカリー、マクドナルド、KFC があります。ホテルの階下にはスーパーマーケットやドラッグストアがあります

部屋は狭かったですが、設備が整っていてとても清潔でした。 2 名様でご宿泊の場合は、必ずもう 1 枚の掛け布団をリクエストしてください (掛け布団は非常に小さいです)。フロントデスクの横にあるコーヒーマシンはとても便利です。一晩の移動があり、空港内で荷物を運ぶ必要がない場合に非常に適しています。ただし、旅行中に荷物を受け取る必要がある場合は予約しないでください。国外に出て、再度チェックインしてから再入国する必要があり、セキュリティ検査を受ける必要があるためです。往路は荷物直接送迎で1泊できてとても便利でしたが、復路は時間が遅い（22時）のとセキュリティの関係で荷物の直接荷物の取り出しができませんでした。検査と入国管理は非番だったので、滞在することさえできませんでした。とても恥ずかしいです。
