Let's get the very few good points out of the way first - it was very clean, the cleaning staff do a great job and the place is brilliantly clean. Secondly, the location is decent for exploring Kemer or going for day trips to other places. But, that is where the good things end. When we arrived on Sunday evening at around 9pm, we'd literally just handed over our passports when s Russian couple came storming in, complaining about an issue. Both the receptionist seeing to us and the other staff member there immediately turned all their attention to the Russian couple - not even having the common decency to say to us 'just a moment please, I'll be right back with you' or 'sorry, let me deal with this problem quickly ' or even having the backbone to tell the Russians to wait a minute as they were busy checking us in. Oh no, we waited ten minutes for the Russians to be seen to before we were handed our room key. After that disgusting discriminatory service, we were given ZERO information about the hotel in terms of pools, facilities, food times etc - nothing. Just shown to our room. At check-in we were told that due to an issue they had to put us in a suite for three nights. After the third night, we went to reception to ask if we should pack up and change rooms, they said to just stay where we were as everything was fine. The day after, they left a note in our room saying we had to move. We went to reception and were told we could move after our excursion that day as we were due to be away 12 hours. When we returned from said excursion, we were told they had moved out stuff. I asked them to clarify THREE TIMES and each time was told some had GONE INTO OUR ROOM AND TOUCHED AND PACKED ALL OUR PERSONAL POSSESSIONS AND MOVED THEM TO A NEW ROOM. I could not believe the disrespect and invasion of privacy. However, when we got to the new room, our stuff wasn't there. So we went back to reception who had no idea where our suitcases etc were and suggested we try the old room - and yes our stuff was still there So one of three things happened - either they don't have the English language skills to articulate what actually happened, or they have no idea what is going on in the hotel, or lastly they were pulling a cruel prank. Either way it wasted hours of our time and was incredibly frustrating during an already terrible stay here. Then we get to a different invasion of privacy. Even if you have the 'do not disturb' sign on your door, the cleaners still come in! Food was terrible. Other travellers have reported it mostly catered to Russian tastes and lacked variety - this is 100% true. But we love trying new cuisines and tasting different cultures so ordinarily this would have been ok. BUT there was a serious lack of variety. The only fruit we saw in an entire week was apple, orange and the occasional watermelon. It gets worse though - everything was STONE COLD. Even at 7:30 when breakfast first opened, the fried eggs and scrambled eggs were COLD. Tot
