The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. To get to the hotel from the airport, go to the arrival hall, follow the sign to Bus Terminal and walk past the car rental offices to reach the bus terminal. The shuttle to the hotel comes every 15 minutes. My room is clean and quiet. Hot water is quite fast from the hot water tap. WiFi is easily accessible in the room and is stable. The breakfast (6-10am) is excellent with English breakfast items (egg, bacon, sausages, beans, toast), continental breakfast items (cold cuts, cheese, bread), salad, fruits, cereals, yoghurt, juices, etc. Overall I had a pleasant stay.

The check in process was very simple and straightforward. The receptionist who was assisting us was very helpful and knowledgeable! A gentleman by Mzwandile helped us with our luggage and he was professional and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept really well, and the breakfast was excellent , plenty of options and it was fresh. We would book again definitely.

The hotel has a shuttle service from the airport , but it is also a short drive . Very close to the airport. Breakfast was good. Staff was professional and amenities was clean.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport and offers a shuttle bus service. Unfortunately, there were no toiletries in the bathroom, which was quite frustrating after a 20-hour journey. On a positive note, they serve a delicious breakfast, and the staff is very helpful.

Its a far better deal than the other budget airport hotel and easy to access via the shuttle. The staff is nice, and room service and reataurant alsongreat. However, their facilities are dated my first room didnt have a safe - the second one had a safe but it stopped working, and the batteries in the remote also stopped working. The hot aircon was old and rattled...etc. that said! I'll probably use them again as the garden court hotel is awful and intercontinental too expensive. But with a little bit of better maintenance they could be much better.

Loved my stay here. It’s super close to the airport , which is what I needed. The staff was overall friendly and helpful, including the driver from the airport shuttle. Amenities especially in the bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade though, they a bit old.

The service was quite good and the staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue with the hotel is their noisy doors. The doors close with force and the noise wakes you up every morning. And this goes on for over an hour with multiple bangs as people are entering and leaving rooms
