Lovey stay but it was on a main road so there was lots of outside noise at night. Trade off to being blocks from Duval Street.

The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. We had a beautiful first floor room with a porch but it was on the street side and the 24/7 noise from all the cars, busses, trolleys, motorcycles, etc ruined this stay for us. Not to mention the rooster that crowed at 4:00 am every day. At 7:00 am (or earlier) the staff started preparing breakfast in the kitchen which was on the other side of our bedroom wall. We were never able to sleep in or get a peaceful night’s sleep. The pool is very small and gets limited amounts of sun each day but towels and loungers were nice. Breakfast was appreciated as a quick grab & go style. The hotel itself is in a great walkable location but I would never stay there again due to the noise.

Great location. Clean room. Buildings slightly run down. Cleaning service did not give new glasses. AC didn’t work properly.

A nice historic property in a great location. Friendly, helpful staff. A large disparity in the quality of the rooms. Our friends had large, well appointed rooms. Our room was barely big enough for the bed, had not even a single chair to sit in and virtually no place to put our clothes. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention when making the reservation, but there is a certain minimum that I think could be expected at this price.

the location was the best. the property and the service were top notch. the only thing i think could use some improvement was the pool itself...

Location couldn't have been better and check-in was fantastic with a very friendly front desk person. The property and amenities were great and the room was nicely furnished and air conditioned. However, the sheets and one of the bath towels weren't clean.

This is our second stay at a Kimpton property in Key West. Both Ridley House and Ellas Cottage were wonderful properties. Ridley House location is definitely where its at. The walk to Duvall St. is ideal. The concierge this time shared with us that we had access to all 5 Kimpton properties which was a pleasant surprise. We spent time at the Lighthouse property where they had live music and a bar which we really enjoyed. We will be back!

My boyfriend and I just spend 8 days at the Kimpton Inn We could not have pick a better place The room was so beautiful Pool was just what you needed after a stroll down Duvall Street Very relaxing , refreshing and really clean The employees were very friendly , courteous and very helpful They even offered continental breakfast in the morning We loved everything about it We will definitely be back

Very close to entertainment. Clean and comfortable.
