SaffronStays Mango Huts by the River, Pali

There are too many positive things about Mango huts by the River! 1. Its actually in the Mango Plantation and by the River as name suggests! There is Lotus pond behind the property with fully bloom! 2. Accommodation is very tidy, neat and spotless clean! Thanks to housekeeping crew! 3. Caretaker Mr. Rakesh is very responsive and friendly, also well educated, soft spoken and cooperative! He and Kitchen staff , ***** with the Chef Mayuri Madam was very excited about "Popati " experience! We relished yummy and healthy "Popati " with cool breeze, beneath the clear sky! 4.Chef Mayuri Madam, with smiling face, was very particular about serving yummy but still healthy food for every meal. We tried from Veg to Chicken and Sea food, it was amazing! 5. There were six staff members, and we had a feeling that they are like our family members. We stayed for four days and last night even they celebrated our Wedding Anniversary too! 6. Saffron Stay Manager Mr. Sanjay was also cooperative, and perfect, he guided us systematically! 7. Most important thing we observed that all the staff members had high respect and best regards for the Owner of the Property! It was so adorable. It only happens when the owner takes care of staff so well! Moral of the story, we will be visiting again and again to this property, its like your home in your native place.

Beautiful location, lovely cottages. Very neat & tidy, large, airy, well kept rooms. It was raining all the time, which made the stay even more pleasant in the middle of nature. The food served was delicious, hygienic and full of flavor. Some of the best chicken, fish & daal chawal I've eaten in a long time, were on this trip. The Uddhar Waterfalls were close by (2-3 kms), and were in its full glory. It was an adventurous little trek to reach the falls, but it was absolutely worth it. The staff was so helpful & considerate that they followed us all the way to the falls to make sure we don't get lost (which we actually did). Overall a very nice, relaxing break with some awesome food, great company and very helpful and sweet staff.
