オレ サマラ(Ole Samara)

The calming environment stole my heart, away from bustling Nairobi life. This well kept and maintained establishment offered a very relaxing time during our Easter break[Already planning our next longer stay soon]. Betty is a very good host, making sure guests are well taken care of. The staff is super, ready to attend with smiles.....

Pretty gorgeous, private, will definitely be back soon! Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Cozy birthday with a breathtaking view. More than enough towels and toiletries. The breakfast was good too and the staff we super helpful. It’s cold but they provide enough hot water bottles and the shower gets really hot.

We loved Olé Samara and will definitely return! The staff is lovely, the grounds are well cared for and peaceful, including a refreshing infinity pool with a beautiful view of some walking trails. The food was delicious and the chef very accommodating. The rooms (and kitchens) were very comfortable with attention to detail. I have nothing negative to say about this place and only wish we'd had more time to spend there.

Our three-night stay in late September was nothing short of seamless perfection. The accommodations were immaculate, organized, and exuded a cozy ambiance. The sweeping views from the pool and our standard suite left us in awe. A serene walk to the nearby river provided a peaceful escape. The meals, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner, were consistently outstanding. We want to express our deep appreciation to the staff for their kindness and impeccable service, elevating our experience and making our visit enjoyable.

Everything right from the booking process was smooth -- Kendi was such a lovely communicator and since this was a birthday getaway, she made it extra special by organizing a cute dinner for us at our patio. The place was well-cleaned, neat, and extremely cozy and comfortable! We were blown away by the views from the pool and as we went up/down to our luxury suite. We also had a peaceful walk to the river and it was such a nice place to sit and unwind. The breakfast was also great and so was the lunch and dinner. We especially enjoyed the tab in the bathroom -- magnificent! Special thanks to the team Tony, Jeniffer, and Joan who were kind and impeccable!

The tents are amazing, luxurious, spacious and cosy, exactly as seen on the website. I spent hours on the balcony reading, (comfortable furniture) my bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Though the walk down to the tents can be daunting it's worth it for the privacy, silence and views. Tony and Jennifer and the rest of the staff were attentive and eager to please. Beautiful and quiet getaway.

We were in Nanyuki for a wedding and had the opportunity to stay at Ole Samara renting the 2 bedroom tent. The stay exceeded our expectations, Betty’s team were exceptional, the property was beautiful, the tent offered great views and was very luxurious. Everything worked in concert and it made for an extraordinary stay. We can not recommend staying here enough.

We had only 1 night stay here so didn’t get to experience the full stay, but overall it excellent service, only suggestion is be physically fit if staying in the honeymoon tent as it is located at the bottom of the hill so carrying luggage up can be a challenge for some, beautiful tent

This is a hidden gem near Nanyuki. The owners and staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We stayed in the two bedroom tent and it was incredible. Beautifully decorated. Super comfortable. Great fireplace. Bathtubs looking out to the forest. Such a good place to base yourself for exploring the region. We will definitely be back soon.
