ザ マナー ホテル(The Manor Hotel)

1) Hôtel avec plein d’ humidité. ( dans les chambres, dans leS douches , dans les couloirs etc). Il est d’ ailleurs abandonné par les clients. Des poussières partout . 2) Une chambre nous a été proposée mais la porte qui donne sur la véranda reste baillante après fermeture, les moustiques rentrent toute la nuit nous piquer. 3) Nous avons décidé de quitter l’ hôtel le lendemain, ils ont insisté pour nous loger dans un autre hôtel de leur choix, une dame chargée des relations clients nous a accompagné , a dit à la réception de l’ hôtel tiers que The Manor paiera tous (chambre + peut déjeuner) pour nous sauf les extras . Nous étions étonnés de la soudaine bonne intervention. A la fin de la location, ils nous ont appris que nous devons payer nous mêmes car The Manor leur a dit que nous n’ avons qu’ a payé. nous même. Nous devrions donc payé une deuxième fois sinon bloqués. Conclusion : Hôtel à fouir

The hotel is located in a real great quite environment with cool fresh air with in. I like views of the hotel. The pool and gym were amazing coupled with the amazing staff. The guys at the reception were also friendly and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Great hotel I should say

It was a perfect gateway with my friends. we enjoyed the pool most of our stay there and the staff was amazing. Prime location with a great quite environment. Great views of the Kigali city and the gym staff was also good and assisted us during our stay at manor hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing cost friendly hotel. we can't wait to return with my friends and create more cherished memories.

The room was clean and fresh. The reception was quick in response right from the airport pick up. Staff is friendly. it is quite and offers a variety of dishes indian food or italian dishes. The views of the hotel is stunning. the outdoor gym facility is spaced and good for one on one training

I checked in last weekend and I enjoyed every single minute I spent there. The stuff are so friendly, attentive to details and the service is quick and efficient.The rooms are spacious with nice view overnight and most importantly I liked the location and calmness of the hotel. I would rank it as five star as they have all facilities and service required to be a five star hotel. I would recommend it to anyone coming for either business or vacation.

This was my 1st international trip for official purposes and I stayed at Hotel Manor where food was very delecious and the best part was the very cooperative staff and people of kigali. The hotel was very beautiful with a swimming pool, sauna, restaurent having Indian Food too, a bar, live singer and orchestra in the evening. The view from the hotel was mesmerizing with small mountain view, however the city is very clean and free from population. I stayed here for around 28 days in year 2016 November. However I though to share my review, but it's a bit late. :)

Honestly the food is delicious. A little time could be taken to serve the dishes. Beautiful views of Kigali city especially at night. The rooms are okay and comfortable. Customer care and response to requests is quick. I enjoyed staying at the manor in general

I enjoyed the views from my hotel room. The food is amazing and the waiters were good and helpful. The reservation was quite good especially when it came to inquires and the responsiveness was quick. The gym manager was good and I loved the morning workouts
