「Good location but check-in instructions was unclear」

「高くて広いフロアがあり、壁画は色鮮やかで、装飾は歴史と文化を感じさせます。全体的な印象は、清潔で整頓された環境、熱心なサービス、チェック時にお勧めの観光スポットです。は私たちにとってとても役に立ちました。朝食の焼きたてクロワッサンも美味しかったし、コーヒーもとても美味しかったです。最上階のプラットホームからはナポリ湾を一望でき、穏やかな海が月明かりを反射し、吹く潮風が暖かく癒されます。私たちがホテルを出るとき、上司は私たちが地下鉄に乗って電車に乗り換えようとスーツケースを3つ運んでいるのを見て、すぐに追いついて駅まで車で送ってくれました。これはナポリへの旅行の温かく完璧な終わりでした。 。どのホテルもスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、とてもお勧めです。」

「ナポリ中央駅から徒歩圏内で、人気のあるピザ専門店や老舗シーフードレストランにも歩いて行ける範囲にあります。近隣は住宅街の一角で部屋まで辿り着けるか不安でしたが、事前に正確な情報提供がオーナーからあって、スムーズにチェックインできました。部屋は、それまでの混沌とした街中が信じられないくらい美しく整えられており、部屋は清潔で広いです。オーナーさんは、こちらの要望を真摯に受け止めようとしてくれて、心強い存在でした。おすすめです。」

「Perfect location. Although the building is old, renovation was good. Everything worked fine in the room( tv, ac, mini ref). Room was standard, bathroom was quite big. Reception was always helpful and friendly. Price/performance is good. This is a very decent 3 star hotel.」

「This property is in an excellent location - just a few minutes' walk away from the train station (including the Circumvesuviana trains and the metro) and airport bus stop, and with a fairly big supermarket near the start of the street. Our triple room was spacious and the welcome amenities were much appreciated, but the bathroom had a few quirks we had to get used to - the shower was not fully enclosed so it was easy for water to run everywhere, the toilet had a faint odour (as is typical of many of plumbing in older buildings) so the lid is best left shut), and the vanity was very compact. We arrived late in the evening and arranged for a late check in with the super friendly host (at an extra charge) and this worked very well. All in all, we thought this was a good value for money option for spending a day or two exploring this historic city.」

「I stayed in a completely new and spotlessly clean room—not far from Naples Central Station. The bed was very comfortable, and both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. My room faced a busy street, so it could get a little noisy at times, but that’s something to keep in mind depending on your preferences. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a solid choice for a short stay in Naples.」
