「Disappointing Experience 🫣 I had a rather unpleasant stay at *Appartamenti Rosa Dei Venti* in Trapani. First of all, the parking situation is very misleading. It's advertised as “free parking near the property,” but in reality, you’ll be given a business card upon arrival with the name of a parking lot located 3 km away in an industrial area beyond the port. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the parking lot, but be prepared to wait. Even if you prearrange your pick-up time, you'll likely have to call and ask “Where are you?” when the time comes. As for the apartment itself — unfortunately, it was far from cozy. The building hardly gets any sunlight, so the space feels dark and chilly. I was freezing at night under a very thin blanket. The bathroom window opens into the shared stairwell, so you can hear people coming in and out, and even sounds from neighboring bathrooms — not exactly pleasant. The location is central, but that also means a lot of street noise. There’s a café just below the windows. I was lucky it was a weekday and they closed around 11 PM — but not without the clatter of dumpsters and shutters being slammed. Conversations from people downstairs are easily heard inside the room. To be fair, the apartment was clean, which is probably the only positive I can mention. In summary, if you're staying in Trapani for just a day or two, I’d recommend booking a hotel instead — something more welcoming and better managed. And unless you're traveling without a car and plan to spend all your time in the city center, this place may not be the best option. For me, it was an overall disappointing experience.」

「通常は写真で見られるよりも宿泊施設の状態が悪い場合が多いが、ここの実際の現場ははるかに良かった。とてもすっきり清潔で快適に休んで行くことができてよかったです。長い旅行中に洗濯機は神の一数でした。そして誘導ではなくカスなので食べ物を作って食べるのも本当に良かったです。場所も良く、近所もとても静かです。ぜひここの宿舎を利用してください」

「The owners were very nice and the location was fantastic. The junior suite was very basic. The coffee machine is in the reception area not in the apartment. There is no kettle in the apartment. On arrival they gave us a set of keys. You cannot separate the keys. One of the keys is for all electric in the apartment including the air conditioning. it is advertised as an air conditioned apartment. However with the temperature for the last 4 days being around 36c. You have to take the keys out to lock the apartment so the air conditioning is not on. When you return the apartment was very warm. you have to put the key in for the electricity and get the air conditioning working. It then takes 2 to 3 hour to get it cool. You are paying for an Air condoned apartment. It should be up to you when the air conditioning is on. A separate key should be given to leave the air conditioning on. It really does spoil a vacation having to wait for the apartment to get cool.」

「Unfortunately, I never made it to the property due to an issue with my car. The room was booked in advance, but when I contacted the host asking to move my reservation to the next day, they refused. I also couldn’t cancel or get a refund, so I ended up losing over €100 for nothing. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering the circumstances were beyond my control.」

「Soggiorno positivo nel complesso, la struttura ha stanze ampie (perlomeno la nostra lo era), hall e scale più ridotte. Ci sono una sorta di stanza/cucina comune in ogni piano e un bar ”autonomo” con soggiorno all'ultimo piano. Ragazza alla reception molto disponibile. Servizi sanitari con tutto l occorrente, tutto molto pulito. Lati negativi: materasso non comodissimo, finestra non completamente apribile, stanza affacciata sulla strada con locali perciò un po' rumorosa la sera」
