There is a large open area that has one bathroom, a queen bed, a futon, a desk/office area, flat screen tv, and an upper deck with a small table and chairs. This guest house sits on a hill above Moonstone Beach just east of Highway 1, which is just a 1-2 minute drive away. The property is privately surrounded by coast live oak and monterey pines, and yet nearby you will find yourself on the boardwalk of moonstone beach, and combing the sand for shells and moonstones. The sideyard is also yours and we plan to put in additional outdoor features like hammock, firepit, and possibly putting green.
