This cottage is steps away from Harbor Village's sandy private footpath along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. Cottage also overlooks a tidal basin with a variety of birds: Seabirds, gulls, plovers, swans, ducks, eagles, hawks, falcons and many others. This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office.
