総合的に大満足の滞在でした！
ホテルはやや古かったので、カーペットにシミがあったりしましたが、大きく気になる部分はありませんでした。
ホテルは二つのモールの隣にあるので、買い物や食事にも不便がありません。
ルームサービスの食事も美味しく、私は使用していませんが、同行者が使用したランドリーサービスもすぐに対応してくださりとても良かったとのことです。
毎日部屋を綺麗に掃除してくださり、最後の日には可愛く形作られたタオルが置いてあり、とても嬉しい気持ちになりました。
暑かったので、毎日水を二本いただけるのもありがたかったです。
次回マランに行く際にもぜひ泊まりたいホテルです。

スラバヤでも同じ系列のホテルに泊まったことがあるので、予約しました。高級ホテルですが、安定したサービスです！

清潔、整頓されていて、良いサービス。一晩過ごしましたが、素晴らしかったです。部屋は大きすぎず清潔で、場所は2つのモールの近くにあります。公立大学も近いので食費も安いです。深さ約1.3メートルの素敵なプール。部屋に着くとCSさんから電話があり、大丈夫かどうか尋ねられました。ただ、朝泳いだときはプールガイドがいなかったのでプールタオルを頼むことができませんでした。サジャダが見つからなかったので、後で提供してください。

2部屋予約して1泊します。
場所は戦略的で、どこにでも近く、トランスショッピングモールの裏にありますが、部屋のスペースはかなり狭く、家具はかなり古いです。
スイミングプールは素晴らしく、清潔です。
レセプションのスタッフは素晴らしく、おもてなしも素晴らしく、トイレはとても清潔であることを忘れないでください。

Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were friendly & helpful. Location is perfect, just beside 2 malls. Surrounded by local food stalls. Our room has a beautiful mountaim view. Also very spacious. Worth extending our stay. Wonderful 5 nights spent.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location. Food price is very reasonable. My only concern is i could hear almost clearly of guests talking in the hallway. More sound proofing would be perfect. Haven't had the time to try the pool or gym, i'll save that for the next visit.

Location is good, walking distance to 2 malls and to Univ Brawijaya where my daughter is currently studying at. Room is clean and functional. A bit dark though, should add more lighting. Otherwise, all good

Our stay was short but nice. Comfy bed and shower. Excellent location because it is only a walk away from mall and cinema. They also provide prayer set which is clean and fragrant. The cons is tv channels are limited and the quality of the picture was bad due to the television itself. Maybe the management should consider to replace with the new one to improve guests’ stay experience.
