This is one of the best h Hotels in Sri Lanka Superb location, Hotel itself looks like a fortress out of a dream castle... Exvellent services by the staff... We enjoyes the stay so much.....!! Very good place for Foreigners as the Location, Hotel, Beach, and staff are all of the very best in Sri lanka....."!

The resort is magnificent. The staff is friendly and happy. The restaurant staff are kind and caring. The food was delicious. The management and reception staff are professional and very helpful. The room was spectacular with a view to kill. Highly recommend this resort. Easy access to the main town. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Miss this place and cannot wait to visit again. :)

I came for holiday with my family at the long beach Resort. Team of hotel staff served/treated us with delicious food, I Specially like to highlight in here about all staff in the hotel that they were very friendly, helpful ,grateful, careful and active .Special thank goes to Bishan( Manager) & Benisha who always keep touched with us and provided us fantastic hospitality through out the period with their team.

Wonderful place to enjoy Sri lankan hospitality and sandy beachs. Food was on a michelin level. It's on the longest beach in the area. It had sea view rooms. In the day time we were in beach, and at night in their indoor pool.

I want to write a review about the koggala beach department. I'm from Russia, I travel a lot around the world. I was on holiday with my girlfriend in January 2024. I liked the location of the hotel, the friendly and understanding staff, Mr Madushan who took into account all our wishes very quickly. I recommend the koggala hotel chain for your holiday.

Good location and beach. Food ok. But facilities very poor. Fridge , phone did not work.very poor dialog connection . No safe. Hair dryer round pin but socket square pin. Toilet not flushing. Pool lights on after 7pm.car park is far away in a separate block.AC fairly ok .food fairly ok. Every where construction / maintenance.hotel entrance need a face up.

We were a big family group n had a terribly disappointing stay. The hotel is beset with maintenance issues. There was no mobile signals in the rooms given to us nor WIFI nor Air con, water issues in the washroom. After numerous follow up we were left wondering why we ever came to this place

Everything in the room is broken, like life in a cave 🙈 only the air conditioner worked ☺️Kambariai horribly neglected, the service is not working either. From the airport the Rainbow agency took 8 hours. Well so far only the beach is nice 😏There are definitely nicer places for a holiday. I don't recommend

Excellent location, clean rooms and pools, courteous staff. I would recommend this place to people who fantatize sea and beaches. Excellent place to have fun at beach or if you want to watch sunset. Worth the money spent.
