Clean, amazing location just out of the pier from Koh Phangang.

If you’re lucky enough to be able to stay here, you should. After staying at many bigger hotels in Thailand we didn’t know what to expect from a smaller place. The Nest was perfect. A breath of fresh air. The rooms were much bigger than anything else we stayed in previously, while being exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff truly want you to enjoy your stay. I wish we would have stayed much longer than we did. If you can book this place, you shouldn’t hesitate.

We had such high hopes for The Nest Samui, it was our only luxury stay while travelling around Thailand. After initial good impressions, friendly and speedy welcome/check in we quickly discovered a lizard in the room. We asked the owner to help us remove the lizard but he said there’s no point because they’ll just come back in. We weren’t best pleased with his response and the prospect of sleeping with lizards in the room. And of course the lizards will just keep coming back in because of the gaps in the “locked/closed” door (see pictures). The owner said this was normal however of all our other accommodations in Thailand didn’t have any insects/lizards and all the windows and doors closed properly in other accommodations. There were also mosquitos in the room. The windows do have mosquito screens on them but only some fit properly basically making them pointless (see pictures). Also the lane up to the hotel is full of rubble, stones and broken glass, I actually cut my foot on one of the rocks, so be careful! We ended up checking out only 1hr after checking in. The owner offered no refund or apology, just a simple “if you want to check out that’s fine”. This was the only hotel we booked on *********** that was pay in advance with no cancellation/refund policy and we now know why. I doubt this is a first time issue. We contacted *********** for help and advice and their customer service was great, the owner of this property was unhelpful.

We had amazing three days at this place. Very comfortable and clean. So quite and relaxing. Rooms are spacious and the pool is right in front of the rooms. The owner is amazing and gives you lots of advices on where to go. I will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic three-day stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful and quiet a**osphere. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the host's attention to detail truly stood out. Moreover, the host went above and beyond to enhance our experience by providing us with valuable tips and recommendations for things to do in the area. His hospitality was exceptional, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Highly, highly recommended. I got in late with a delayed flight and Charlie and his team helped me check in easily - and with a smile. Especially convenient if being near the airport is important, plus lots of great food is within walking distance + even more with a short drive.

The most beautiful stay in Koh Samui. The owner, Charlie, is a wonderful host. He assisted with airport transport, food and site seeing recommendations. The property itself is quaint, quiet and lovely. The pool is the perfect temperature and the location to wonderful dining in Bophut is outstanding. Definitely a family run business to include their cutie pie dog, Gypsy!!! The Nest offers wonderful hospitality and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Koh Samui in the future. Thanks for an amazing stay Charlie! ❤️🇹🇭
